Sell used shoes

So I ordered a pair of white Clark womens sandals and received them tried them on put them in my suitcase and went to put them on and noticed they were worn the front had wear marks and the bottom is black worn took pictures I didn't think buying new shoes I have to check the bottoms how can you sell new shoes that someone used

Ordered shoes online

Ordered shoes online, they came in the wrong size, they apologized and resent the shoes, and guess what, they came in the wrong size again! Now they're saying to get a refund I have to take my time to return both pairs. Stay away!

Received Open Box Shoes

I ordered a pair of boots to wear at a themed event. I received a preciously opened and torn box with boots inside which obviously had been returned. There was no paper inside the box and a sticker had been removed from one boot. They promised a new pair would be sent but the order was canceled and I was not notified until I emailed back. I was then told the order had been canceled because the department did not support expedited shipping. I will never shop at DSW again.

Do not order from DSW online

Do not order shoes from DSW online. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes online from DSW costing close to $150. A few days later I received an email stating they had been delivered. I opened my front door expecting to see a package, nothing. I decided to check the tracking and it was supposedly delivered to my address, but it didn't state exactly where as I live in a 23 floor apartment building. I checked our package room, by the mailboxes, and with Security. No package to be found. When I contacted customer service to inquire about what happened, the only response I received was that they would send a new order or give me a refund. There was no explanation for what happened to my order, no offer to trace the supposed delivery, nothing. I will not be ordering from them again as I do not trust their shipping process!

I never buy from DSW so the one time I decide to buy a pair of sneakers they didn’t have my size in store so I ordered my size in store to have them delivered however DSW sent me a used pair of sneakers how disgusting. I was pissed and in total shock that a company would send used sneakers to customers such a dishonest company and once I receive hopefully my brand new shoe that should have been sent originally I will never ever purchase anything from DSW.

A Disappointing Experience with DSW’s Return PolicyI recently purchased a pair of sneakers from DSW that I liked but found uncomfortable upon arrival. After deciding to return them and purchase a more supportive pair for my feet, I went to initiate the return process—only to discover that returns are not free. DSW charges $8.50 for the return label, which was quite a surprise to me.Before buying the sneakers, I specifically checked if DSW offered free returns because I dislike keeping items I don’t use, especially with my habit of frequent online shopping. Often, online purchases don’t match expectations, and free returns are a key factor for convenience. While DSW does offer free returns to its physical stores, I shopped online precisely because I didn’t want to visit a store. If I had the time or means to go to a store, I wouldn’t have placed an online order—I would have tried the shoes in-store. DSW’s misleading "free returns" policy feels unfair, as it forces customers to either pay for a return or make an inconvenient trip to a physical location. It sends the message: "We’ll make things convenient for you when you’re buying, but we don’t care about convenience when it’s time to return your purchase."

You aren’t saving money, you’re lighting it on fire

Don’t buy hiking shoes through them to save $40. Worst idea. Really you aren’t saving money, you’re paying an up charge on cheaply made products. The trail shoes I bought started to break down within 90 days, just slightly after the 60 day return policy and they won’t return defective merchandise if it’s been worn after the time lapse. It’s hilarious because I’ve spent 2 summers wearing a $5 pair of SHEIN sandals with no problem. DSW sells garbage. I should have spent the money at REI.

Extremely Disappointing Experience

Extremely Disappointing ExperienceI had a very frustrating experience with DSW. I purchased two $100 gift cards based on their advertised promotion, which promised a $25 bonus for each $100 gift card. However, I never received the bonus until I reached out to customer service. Even then, instead of the $50 I was entitled to, they only provided $25.To make things worse, while trying to resolve the issue, customer service agents kept disconnecting the chat without any notice. This kind of treatment feels misleading and dishonest. I didn’t expect such poor service and lack of transparency from an established brand like DSW. Very disappointing!

I had multiple transactions

I had multiple transactions, coupons or rewards and there was a line and she had to work alone. She was very professional, courteous and her name is Liana. I cannot believe that people don't adore this store. I am a VIP, I always get compliments on my shoes and I have a lot all from DSW. I should just wear a sign they're from DSW so I don't have to keep repeating myself :-)
