Review of dsw
A Disappointing Experience with DSW’s Return PolicyI recently purchased a pair of sneakers from DSW that I liked but found uncomfortable upon arrival. After deciding to return them and purchase a more supportive pair for my feet, I went to initiate the return process—only to discover that returns are not free. DSW charges $8.50 for the return label, which was quite a surprise to me.Before buying the sneakers, I specifically checked if DSW offered free returns because I dislike keeping items I don’t use, especially with my habit of frequent online shopping. Often, online purchases don’t match expectations, and free returns are a key factor for convenience. While DSW does offer free returns to its physical stores, I shopped online precisely because I didn’t want to visit a store. If I had the time or means to go to a store, I wouldn’t have placed an online order—I would have tried the shoes in-store. DSW’s misleading "free returns" policy feels unfair, as it forces customers to either pay for a return or make an inconvenient trip to a physical location. It sends the message: "We’ll make things convenient for you when you’re buying, but we don’t care about convenience when it’s time to return your purchase."

Review of animoto
Tried several other video maker and Animoto is by far the best experience! Very simple, fast and easy to use but plenty of background and music options to choose. I only tried the free version btw with 20 photos maximum and 40 max characters for each title and 50 characters max for caption.

I went in to buy a chair that was on sale, i found the chair in the baby furniture area. I went up front & told one of the cashiers & she went to her supervisor to let her know. The supervisor told her for me to wait by the area ( by the chair). On the way another make supervisor ( middle age gentlman w glasses) asked me was i being helped & i told him about the chair also! He told me also, that it wd be just a few minutes for help to assist me in buying the chair. I tnked him & waited . And waited, and waited 40 minutes total & noone came at all! I was very patient, didnt complain, yell, or do anything because i believed ( stupidly) that i wd get help! So i in frustration, i saw a younger guy stocking shelves nearby & told him of my problem,he went & got a device to put the floor sample on it & said that it was the last one left, so he helped me wheel it to the customer service area , it was 45 minutes total by now but i was so happy finally that he helped me! I spoke to the nice cashier & she looked it up & found that the sale was off already & it ws the regular price. I tnked her & told her it was way too long for me to find out it was no longer on sale. I was told i wd have to pay full price for the floor model w stains on it. I declined the chair. I got a comp card but i dont feel i. Should of had to wait a total of 40 minutes w 2 managers telling me it wd only be a few minutes & also find out it was not on sale anymore! Leaves a sour taste in future purchases for shopping at Target! Cant believe even the managers lie to you & not incontrol of ppl that wd gv me a few minutes to help me even if i found out the chair was not on sale! No one should hv to wait that long for help! I was polite all the way to the end but i was very angry at my being treated like this! Thank you! Marni D

I used this service because it cost less than Uber and didn't charge for dogs. Had a few good rides. On my way home from a show my driver made a derogatory remark regarding my husbands physical ability which had been affected by his stroke and he moves more slowly. The driver said,, in my earshot,, "He's so slow. He needs to hurry up. He's holding me back. " I spent hours on customer service chat and they were useless. Said no refund. Said a bunch of trite things that were insulting. So this rude,, disrespectful person has my money and I'm so mad!!

Bought a faulty RTX 2080S dual evo oc, managed to RMA it but they sent me another lemon of the same model, which tends to thermal throttle fast. Asus' response to the issue was to keep the GPU in silent mode, as if I'll run a 1100$ card like it was a GT1030.First RMA process was done by phone, I had my name botched then address written fine, then I had my address botched and my name fine upon correction until I had to settle it by email. Lots of time were wasted that day.Asked for an RMA and see if I can get the V2 or any other asus model, even offering to pay for it, got refused. Ontop of that I have to pay the whole packaging and shipping and if they do RMA it, nothing would stop them from sending another V1 lemon like they already did. Since there's a warranty sticker right on the screw I can't even just repaste the card. There's nothing I can do with this card and I feel distrustful towards the support based on my previous experience.Should ASUS find this review I'd love to show case numbers as proof.
