I installed a Fujitsu whole house ducted air system in 2010. The system performances was terrible. On an over 35 degree day the indoor temperature could not get below 28 degrees even with the thermostat set below 20. The duct outlet air couldn’t get below 20 degrees until after 7pm. I had the system checked by the installers a number of times, even contacted Fujitsu without improvement. I replaced the ceiling insulation with R3.5 bats and installed retro fit window double insulation without effect.The System failed with a circuit board failure in 2018 that was replaced. This year it failed again and I bit the bullet and replaced the system with a Daiken system that on a over 35 degree day gives 10 degrees outlet air. At last we have working air.I initially bought the system because I foolishly trusted the promotion by the cricket captain that Fujitsu was Australias favourite air.

Great serviceDisney+ is an excellent service that I use a lot. There is a LOT of content on it, yes most of it is for children but It's still good content and it's now my cheapest streaming service after youtube.I saw a review saying that Disney+ had "Annoying subtitles" I disagree with this because I have not had one problem with the subtitles and I have been using Disney+ for like 6 months.I also saw a review that said "DisneyPlus must be a very desperate company for $$$$. I stupidly took out a one year sub and used it ZERO times - NOTHING to watch if you don't have toddlers. Anyway, I ate that cost but then it auto renewed - I contacted company the same day and they refused refund!!!! Wow - I have never had that happen! Like I am going to let $134 slide. Anyway, I contacted my payment service who will hopefully take care of it. This is an act of desperation by a company trying to be greedy. It will only impact my willingness to subscribe to other services if I have to go through this hassle." My reply to that is when you are purchasing a Disney+ subscription there is an option for auto-renewal so you could have just paid attention when you were buying The subsctiption.Two things I'm not too fond of are The colour scheme is a little boring and the movie player The movie player is completely crushed by Netflix's player.Two thing's I like are a lot of Marvel movies(except spiderman) and that you can add a password to a singular profile in an account so if you are sharing your password people can't just watch in your account and fill up your continue watching list.That's it for my review of Disney+

If I could give them a negative I would. All about the money. Kevin Ramey and Ebony Wheeler are horrible Zillow reps. They only care about selling more and more. Kevin hasn’t been trained enough to setup any accounts right and Ebony makes promises within your account she can’t actually do just to get you to commit more money. They will tell you whatever they want to get you to throw more money at them

The NT has gone down the pan. What should be an enjoyable visit is often overpriced. If you go to Winkworth Aboratum they stopped doing a decent tea ages ago. The problem with the Trust lies at the top. Regular reports come out of attempts to introduce a woke climate, the inference being they don't like the kind of people who are the backbone of the organisation. I'm leaving. I just don't need the smug superiority which assumes I need a lecture on Colonialism. Killing the goose that lays the golden egg by insulting your customers is a great strategy for survival. Für diese Zeitung ist sogar 1 Stern zu viel. Die Artikel sind unseriös, teilweise fehlerhaft, teilweise schlicht von ungeprüften Quellen abgeschrieben. Ruft man in der Redaktion an und macht eine freundliche Bemerkung, wird man von mürrischen Mitarbeitern belehrt, mit irgendwelchen unwahren Vorwürfen konfrontiert und rumkommandiert. Diese Leute haben weder Bildung noch Erziehung genossen. Die Artikel werden schön neben P*rnos und "Pillen für Schw*nzvergrößerung" beworben. Jeder Playboy hat mehr Niveau als die Berliner Zeitung.
