Just like everyone else, this company is the worst in the game industry. BE CAREFUL, people, EA is like a scam. You get banned from one game, you end up losing access to all the games you have purchased. I lost my account and all my game access after 15 years because of a ban on Apex for three chat warnings. SUCH A JOKE!

Do not order shoes from DSW online. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes online from DSW costing close to $150. A few days later I received an email stating they had been delivered. I opened my front door expecting to see a package, nothing. I decided to check the tracking and it was supposedly delivered to my address, but it didn't state exactly where as I live in a 23 floor apartment building. I checked our package room, by the mailboxes, and with Security. No package to be found. When I contacted customer service to inquire about what happened, the only response I received was that they would send a new order or give me a refund. There was no explanation for what happened to my order, no offer to trace the supposed delivery, nothing. I will not be ordering from them again as I do not trust their shipping process!

Been a paying ($2000+ yearly) customer for 4+ years. They have good data in comparison with SEMRush/Moz/Other and help make quick decisions. Not a huge fan of the credit system (hence the doc in 1 star) but overall the product has been really useful in helping us know where we are ranking and what we need to work on.

Be carefull about this site. I started a so called trial plan. And tried to cancel it several times. But apparantly it failed. Or more precisely it is designed to fail. Now I am charged for full subscription amount. I also contacted them about the issue. But received an auto reply claiming that they have the right to charge me, etc. So, in short once you subscribe, even for a trial short period, getting out is impossible. I took a legal action now.

Bought a Philips iron from Amazon. Went bang after 4 months.Amazon stated that we had to contact Philips under the warranty. Philips Customer Service stated we had to return the iron for investigation before we would get a replacement. But then refused to provide details on how to return.As per other reviews on this site, Philips do not honour their warranty obligations.Oh, and very rude customer service staff!We have now bought a TEFAL, better Amazon rating!

Called about raising a complaint against a company that has breached my data and despite me calling numerous times to register the complaint and chase up a response the ICO stated I need a paper trail and should go back to the organisation that has not replied to these requests for a written response and ask the for a written response to take back to the ICO muppetry at its best

Absolute the worst airline ever. Biggest scam. Booked a 7 day hotel , they confirmed the first 3 days and cancelled the last 4 days for no absolute reason. Full payment was taken out of my account and now they are saying it will take 30 business days for my to get a refund which I think is shocking. The customer service is very unprofessional. They are cheap for a reason , avoid them and pay more with a pre reputable company otherwise you’ll have to pay twice!

I bought a domain from Domain.com for just $1 it seemed like a good deal at first. But after one year, the domain was automatically renewed (auto-renew) and I was charged a shocking $80, which is outrageous for such a basic domain!The worst part is that I had forgotten to disable auto-renew, and as soon as I noticed the charge (I wrote them 10 minuts after) , I contacted support immediately to request a cancellation or at least a refund. Their response? "We do not offer refunds for auto-renewals." No understanding, no help, and absolutely no transparency about the price jump after the first year.Many other domain providers are way more flexible in cases like this and allow cancellations and refunds, especially if it's right after the charge. But not Domain.com they just take your money and don’t care.I do not recommend this company to anyone. Total lack of professionalism, transparency, and customer care. This was my first and last time using Domain.com.
