Very poor service received

I was due to travel on the 18th April from DXB/Dubai back to Manchester with my family, what a disaster from Emirates and the Airport staff.I totally understand the flood issues which happened on Tuesday 16th of April, however we were not due to fly until Thursday 2:30pm.The minute we entered the airport it was absolute chaos with passengers everywhere no communication or system in place for anything, no one to speak to get any advice or support.We had no choice but to sit on the floor as there was no where to sit. We were given 1 meal voucher in the 10 hour we waited which was sent by email, which we used in McDonalds, even this was subsidised to a (child size meal), nothing else was offered in time we waited, so we paid £25 each for access to airport lounges. A total of 14 hours in the Airport! We felt very frustrated as there was no Emirates Staff in sight. Failing to provide care of to their own customers, leaving them stranded in the airport. Runways were clear from flooding, the only information we were given by airport staff is they are having technical issues. I really hope Emirates have learned from this as I am a frequent traveler with this airline. I have submitted a claim form online for compensation on our flight, I really hope Emirates give all the passengers a refund/compensation on the flights due to the bad service received.

I had multiple transactions

I had multiple transactions, coupons or rewards and there was a line and she had to work alone. She was very professional, courteous and her name is Liana. I cannot believe that people don't adore this store. I am a VIP, I always get compliments on my shoes and I have a lot all from DSW. I should just wear a sign they're from DSW so I don't have to keep repeating myself :-)

never ever sign up for their "free" brushhead

hi- I signed up for their free brushhead offer after i purchased Sonicare. I decided to cancel the subscription, went online to do that, and it said i have to return the brushhead (wow super cheap by Philips, but fine-- i hadn't even opened the package). I was sent a UPS label for return, printed it out, and the UPS store wouldnt accept it as it had no barcode, no tracking #. I wasted 20 minutes driving to UPS each way, plus then called customer service phone number and wasted 40 minutes to try to get to a supervisor as the person handling it couldn't assist. I've never seen a company act this way toward a customer. And it's still not resolved. They refuse to cancel the subscription until they receive it back!

Obstinate Philips customer services

I bought a shiny new 43PUS8807 in January 2023 thinking how fantastic it'll be. Has mostly been good except one glaring issue. Settings cannot be accessed from any Freeview based apps, itvx, iPlayer, pop, etc. When the button is pressed you are abruptly put back on the home screen meaning HDR settings cannot be changed from there. Philips were made aware of this issue around June 2023 and you end up with the usual turn it off and on, reinstall. They were adamant it is normal to not be able to access settings from there even though every other app allows access. A fair bit of back and forth happened and they close cases when asked about it refusing to even attempt to consider there is an issue. Time goes on where I'm reminded that HDR content on any of those apps is unwatchable and how I can't adjust sound settings when needed. More recently I asked Freeview about it and they have said that this is not normal and it is behaving like a compatibility issue which would be sorted on Philips side. I Was under the impression that dealing directly with Philips would be the right move as they should have all the knowledge and power to sort an issue but no. They have tried to tell me that an issue with settings not opening in iPlayer is different to settings not opening in all Freeview based apps. I regret saying specifically in 2023 as that's now being used against me, claiming you're outside warranty with a new issue.They have dragged this outside warranty by saying this is normal so they they can get away with doing nothing. I'm amazed this long has past to not have an outcome from a company I assumed was reputable.

The ICO is an organisation that has legal powers to force organisations to pay an annual fee and which seems to be accountable to no-one and which adds seemingly little or no value to anyone. My company has no employees and processes virtually no personal information (I am a sole trader), and yet it has to pay their annual fee, for no benefit to anyone.

The only help comes from a stupid bot saying that I have to wait more than 4 days until they react. But when they were getting my money they were saying 1 day! Never again!

False before prices. -Platinum member

As a Platinum member, I have to say: always check other places before booking with Agoda. I must admit they’re often cheaper than the biggest companies, but Google Travel almost always helps me save more than Agoda.The before price at Agoda is a huge scam. Sorry Agoda, but this is false info. I’ve never had any issues with my bookings.However, if you need to reach customer service, you might as well cancel the entire trip.Book wisely.

Sales people lie about their diamond jewelry

I recently bought a labgrown diamond jewelry piece, believing it was of the best quality, certified and whatnot. I then discovered that the diamond wasn't even certified! and I realized I had overpaid for a dull and ungraded diamond. I felt misled by the smooth sales pitch and returned to the store within the 30-day return period. But the staff made the return process VERY difficult and unwelcoming. I had to talk with the manager and eventually received a refund, but I won’t be shopping at Pandora again.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

I have spent so many hours getting my ID approved. It says on their side you just have to upload driver's license or passport id, but none of that sh** works. They have the worst customer service, no phone number to get in touch with. also there is a waiting time of 48-72 hours on weekdays. You run a business and can often need emergency help, therefore customer service is very important.Very very bad style with such poor customer service. even other platforms that cost 10 times less had 10 times better customer service than shopify. It can not be true that you do not even have a phone number you can get help through. Especially when you cost so much.
