I never buy from DSW so the one time I decide to buy a pair of sneakers they didn’t have my size in store so I ordered my size in store to have them delivered however DSW sent me a used pair of sneakers how disgusting. I was pissed and in total shock that a company would send used sneakers to customers such a dishonest company and once I receive hopefully my brand new shoe that should have been sent originally I will never ever purchase anything from DSW.

I quite like Canva, I'm not a professional editor but this has provided me with more than enough tools to create and edit social media posts, etc. They also have a very decent libary of stock photos and especially logos. But to top it off, I accidently got charged (my fault) another month and I quickly emailed them and they processed a refund literally within 2-5 minutes. Very impressed and greatful.

Very grateful to have found the lid latch/strike part #215254 for my 1987 Maytag W/D stack unit. Parts for this unit are no longer available unless found used and this unit is unbelievable and has worked a lifetime. The latch purchased here was made from a design of the original piece and it works perfectly. I paid for fast shipping and the item was made and shipped quickly.The only cons I have (unrelated to purchase) is that the designer of the latch cannot be given a public review, credit and his profile does not show how many units sold. Also, a link for this review section is not posted on the site, learned of it after writing tech support. Hopefully the site will be updating. Item saved me from buying a new W/D unit. The service is OK, sort of - but they keep having technical problems.But the worst thing is their customer service, which is absolutely terrible. I've been trying to get an answer to a technical problem since November - it is now February. They just don't bother to reply.EDIT: And yes, Alina was in contact briefly a few weeks ago, and has done absolutely nothing, and is now also refusing to reply to my emails. So Hootsuite, please don't try to make out that everything is fine. Solve the problem for me, instead of wasting time trying to make it seem like you're doing something when you are not!2ND EDIT - Another month has passed and still nothing, except an email from someone on the Hootsuite Platform Team who explained that their technical support is (I quote) "practically non-existent". He did ask a few questions and implied that he would get back to me, but predictably enough, I haven't heard a thing.3rd EDIT - Apologies for naming one of the Hootsuite employees in my previous post - that has been removed. Interesting that they have time to read and complain about Trustpilot reviews, but apparently are too busy to answer my question. Obviously they're more worried about appearing to give good service than actually giving it.

Don’t bother to buy games on the store unless you’ve actually played them or played a trial. Sony refuse to refund you because you’ve already downloaded or streamed the game absolutely absurd that’s one thing I prefer about Microsoft Xbox they will refund you.

I purchased this item from the Mens tab as a size M. Without measurements provided on the listing, I typically am a M in Rick Owens outerwear. However, when the item arrived, I realize that this measures as a Womens M. Shoulder is only 16” across and pit to pit is only 18”. I could not even get my arms thru the sleeve. HBX promises to answer emails within 24 hours, only to hear back after my second email beyond the 24 hour time frame.Long story short, sloppy listing layouts, spotty policies and lost my money.I’d much prefer outlets such as cettire and ssense as listings are clear, along with reliable customer service.Buyer beware

Beyond incompetent. Support is a joke, agents are not knowledgeable and reset settings that made my website go down, which my admin had to inform me about, then spent HOURS trying to fix it, but had to have the webiste host send domain.com basic instructions on what they needed to do. meanwhile, they reset passwords to the Google email manager AND blocked out my admin and completely REMOVED her from access, but now I cannot even add her back with instructions to go to the domain reseller - domain.com - and now I am going into the abyss with multiple agents who keep asking me the same questions...already on the line for over an hour with multiple people who are clueless & can't do he basics. Kill me now, Run away.

I have purchased books from them before and no problem. This past time however, I never received one book from the order through their seller Owl books. I have contacted both the original seller, Abe books and the bookseller Owl books numerous times since April 20/24 when the book was to arrive. Nothing, no feedback whatsoever. I have a feeling I am out $20 US and will never receive my book. I will never purchase anything from Abe books again. Ever!!
