can someone tell me where in the price match policy it says the same item at another retailer can't be on sale to be price matched. All I can find it says in the policy is if an item is found for sale by a competitor at a lower advertised price it would gladly be matched.
This is the second time I received dirty, disgusting used shoes in a busted up box when ordering online. These shoes have dirt on the bottom and some kind of animal fur. The box was busted up and there was no traditional packing paper or shoe stuffers. Now I get to drive 30 minutes out of my way to ship them back.
I spent days going from shoe store to shoe store looking for sneakers that properly fit me feet and didn't cost as much as a new car. Just kidding, but sneakers are expensive. I wont order shoes online any more since packages go missing and returns can be complicated and difficult. I went to DSW at Union Square in Manhattan. I was not expecting much but found the perfect shoes within 15 minutes, put them on and went to check out. I couldn't install their app for some reason but the sales person was able to add me with. no problem and I got $5.00 off. All in all, shopping here was an excellent non fussy shopping experience. Best part? No waiting half an hour for a sales person to tell me that they didn't have my size,
I LOVE this company!!! You can stack discounts on top of rewards and rewards on top of rewards. After my birthday reward, VIP reward and 30% discount, I got a pair of Keds for $7 including taxes and free shipping to my house! The best part is, I could return them hassle free at any store. They have a great return policy too. It makes shopping online "worth the risk" of the shoe not fitting. I will be shopping more often here. Stackable rewards/discounts are huge! Most often places you can only use one promo code. And they're Canadian! Thank you Shoe Warehouse!
I always been very happy with DSW at the Redlands store, but a day ago I purchased two pair of shoes and they both looked like they had been worn and dirty at the bottom. I asked the Clerck at the front desk she said that it was because the store floor was very dirty. She tried to clean them, but the store run out of cleaning supplies. I am not sure what has happened to this store. Someone needs to check who is returning these shoes. Sorry about that. Too bad
I ordered a pair of Sketchers short boots—-they sent me a used pair with a torn box and empty candy wrappers in it. So gross! I had to insist they pick up the shoes-I am not driving to the store because you sent me crap. I’d be surprised if they do well.I did call customer service. The person was pleasant, and they offered a discount, but I was so disappointed.
I would give it less than one if possible. Placed a large order that they delivered to the wrong address and then they refused to give me my money back or resend the shoes. They said to 'dispute it with my bank'. had been shopping at DSW for years but will not be returning.
