Don’t buy hiking shoes through them to save $40. Worst idea. Really you aren’t saving money, you’re paying an up charge on cheaply made products. The trail shoes I bought started to break down within 90 days, just slightly after the 60 day return policy and they won’t return defective merchandise if it’s been worn after the time lapse. It’s hilarious because I’ve spent 2 summers wearing a $5 pair of SHEIN sandals with no problem. DSW sells garbage. I should have spent the money at REI.

Zilow is a total 100% waste of your time. We've been trying to rent a home for 6 months now. All we get as a reply from zillow is an email to follow through with are request. WHAT? Follow through??? We are never contacted by anyone then the home is off market. This company is one big sham. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time. I hate the name zillow now.

The Kroger on Telegraph in Bloomfield Hills is unprofessional and prejudice. Although I live in the area and was generally kind, they are always nasty. I've tried introducing myself, speaking with kind words, and nothing helps. They openly disrespect customers based on racial and religious stereotypes. After years of being disrespected, I finally spoke out because I knew management would do nothing about it.I refuse to drive 10 miles out of my way when I have a grocery store 2 minutes from my home. I will continue to shop there knowing that they will disrespect me based on race and religion. They even pretend not to know my name even though I've been shopping there for more than 20 years.Look forward to them treating you a certain way if they are racially, economically, or religiously biased. The workers there are above the law and think it's perfectly acceptable to bully customers based on their own personal biases.

This was by far the worst service I've ever dealt with. It took me three separate times and three separate "customer service" reps to determine why I was still being charged for a service that I no longer used and that gone through their reps to ensure my account was deactivated. DO NOT waste your time trying out this platform for their free month trial because you will 100% end up like me and paying nearly $50 for something you used one time.

This is truly the biggest joke of a company I have ever encountered.I had to spend, quite literally months, and made multiple attempts to contact Braintree to start an account.In the end, I contacted their tech support to tell them what was going on, and was surprised to get a much faster response. When sales did eventually contact me the agent, Emily, did not even bother to use my first name. She called me by my last name. Her response was largely disinterested, I just cannot believe this company operates in the modern world and thinks that their staff are doing a half decent job. They are not. Worst ever.

I've been with them for years. I paid a $450 annual fee on the Ultimate card for the $450 travel credit.I messed up the date of the travel credit expiration. They sent spam promotion emails every 1 or 2 days but didn't manage to send email reminders to remind me of the expiring credit.The reason I messed up the date is, I applied for the card in the middle of the month, but they charged the renewal card fee at the end of the month. After years, I cannot remember the date I applied but I can only see the fee charge date, so I expected it's the date that the credit expires, but it's not.Anyway, they should've done this easily but they choose not to. I understand I have my responsibility to remember that, but if you’re a person not writing down everything, don’t apply for the card. Cancelled my card straight away.
