I changed to this company from Mailchimp, who restricted my account because two emails out of 1600 bounced back. Firstly, I have an email address of my own on the list, to be sure they are being sent. Also I have two people that I know personally. Neither I nor them got every newsletter I sent out. That is not my main complaint though. A month ago, I cancelled the subscription, then yesterday I find they have charged the monthly fee again. There is no phone number, which I am sure is illegal, so I went to the chat thing and they said I couldn't have cancelled it properly and I should have had an email to confirm. Well, I did cancel it properly and don't know if I got an email, not knowing I was supposed to get one. I said I wanted a refund, and was referred to a clause in their t & c telling me they don't give refunds. I'm pretty sure that is illegal as well. I am really angry about this. I have cancelled it again and kept hold of the email, just in case. I suggest you don't use this servicePS I was asked to respond to the email address below, which I did on 25th October. In response I get the same message posted here again, no reply to my email.

for YEARS this stupid website asked me when logging in: 'don't require OTP on this browser?''.And for YEARS I have been asked to enter the stupid OTP thing, while I am thinking: 'Didn't I select 'don't require OTP' for this stupid browser, before? I must be mistaken....'.So finally just made a test: logged in with the stupid OTP, selected the stupid 'don't require OTP on this browser', logged out, and guess what happened when I tried to log in again? The stupid Amazon asked for the stupid OTP again.Goodbye, stupid Amazon. I'll never log in again, I deleted my log in details. The world is bigger than stupid Amazon.

As others have stated, this company is EXTREMELY crooked. I know of classmates that have had issues of them continuing to charge them after they cancelled their subscription, and continued to do so for MONTHS, even after multiple requests to cancel. Most had to have their bank or credit card company block Chegg in order to get them to stop charging them!Unfortunately, I really needed Chegg myself for my studies. Just recently, I had to change my card I was using. When I added the new card, I wanted to remove the old one so there wasn't any issue with them charging the wrong account. Well, their system won't let you remove a card from their system!I called in to request it over the phone, and the representative told me they don't remove any card information you add to the account unless you completely cancel the subscription!!! So, any card information you give them, they will hang onto, even if you change payment methods, and the only way they'll remove it is if you cancel (but even then, they're going to keep trying to charge you unless you request a block on your card)To add... just today, I found out that they removed ALL textbook solutions!!! What is the point of using them if they can't even help us with our homework without us paying them extra?! That was the ONLY reason I signed up, so that after I worked out a homework problem, I could double check and make sure I got it right, and if not and I can't figure out where, to go through the steps to get help. They claim you can "ask any of your questions now in their system and get the answers that way," but that's a blatant lie. They COMPLETELY removed all textbook questions, so they're not even in the database anymore. Secondly, as a 3rd year physics major, I can't even ask 90% of my problems I'd want to double-check, as they don't have most of the math symbols I'd need to enter in the problems!This company should honestly be shut down for how crooked it is. It's literally scamming people left and right, and getting away with it. They're long overdue for a class-action lawsuit. Some attorney needs to hop on that!I have found other alternatives that seem to be much better out there. I'd suggest you do the same.

I'm very disappointed with AAA's business practices for their insurance coverage. I just received a statement in the mail with a surprise amount of $454 due in a cpl days. The backstory is, when it came close to time to renew my policy they didn't charge the current month that was due and instead charged me the newly lowered amount that was going to become my monthly amount in the coming month or two, making me think that was all that was due and that my bill was current as reflected by the AAA app where I pay my bill. I called and ask why this big amount due instead of the $166 that was due the previous month. They give this mumbo jumbo explanation of how my September bill wasn't paid, making it sound like it was something not done on my part. The whole time what the rep is actually explaining, which I had to decipher is that, they previously charged me the renewal amount and temporarily foregoed my previous current month due back around September, simply to entice me to renew. Then came back two months later to charge me the missed payment of September, all the while combining that with my upcoming current amount due, and ALSO BTW 15% of the total policy due which is $2237.75. Never informed me of any of this. If that isn't some crooked capitalism bs I don't know what is. This is a clear cut example of bait and switch. And then the reps you speak to on the phones know it's wrong and despite it, actually try to defend this crap. And use a ridiculous script of I understand your concern. This is the kind of crap I expect from smaller disreputable companies. Not a company with the "goodly, customer friendly" image of AAA. DAM

The left and the progressive movement has turned me every which way to the point I just want to Croke. I have lived, worked and played for nigh on to 86 years and have appreciated and enjoyed doing and being a food supplier to the birds. Your feeders are second to none. Keep up with good innovations.
