I ordered two pairs of running trainers…

I ordered two pairs of running trainers on the 2nd of September and after numerous emails with chaodian I still have not received the trainers. I have asked to cancel the order and they have now stopped replying. It is theft and I strongly recommend not to buy anything through thiscompany it is utterly appalling. I am going to pursue this untill I either get the trainers I ordered or a full refund and then apology.

Promotion Scam

I was ordering a pair of shoes that I could have gotten from multiple different stores. I ordered from DSW because they had a promotion going on for a $100+ bag for free if you spent a certain amount of money. I ordered the shoes and a second item in order to get the promotion. I never received the bag and tracking showed they canceled it so I called customer service and they told me it was no big deal and basically to forget about it. Then I spoke to a manager and she told me she would try to send me the bag or "something similar" IF I bought something else from them. It's not like I really needed the bag but to offer a promotion only if you spend a certain amount then not doing it seems like false advertising to get people to spend more money. It is sketchy and I wouldn't believe any deals, coupons or offers you see on this website.

Disgusted in The Bahamas!!

On two separate occasions I placed orders, and within seconds of placing the order I realized that I made a mistake. But, DSW would NOT CANCEL the order. They have wasted a lot of money forcing customers to absorb purchases. I am now stuck with a pair of EXTRA WIDE shoes that I was not permitted to cancel within seconds of the order. DSW can’t sustain their customer base doing business like this. I don’t live in the USA so it’s even more costly for me to make purchases. Companies like Amazon and many others are considerate of their customer base. They realize that keeping a client saves and makes them more successful.

Made a purchase for $367

Made a purchase for $367, now being charged twice. They are telling me they authorized my card for $367, then each time a pakage ships the authorize my card for the amount shipped. Even if those charges fall off they held over $700 in my account. Amazon charges when shipped, I’ve never experienced this. No more DSW for me!

Terrible customer service

I ordered one pair of shoes and everything was fine. After signing up for their VIP service they sent me an email quoting a sale price on another pair of shoes I had also been looking at. When I checked the website it was a different price so before I ordered them I contacted customer service and was told to place the order and the discount would be applied manually. I did what they were asking and they still are not honoring the sale price plus they expect me to pay the return shipping. Terrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DSW Makes you carry your purchases out without providing you with a bag for your items.

I visited DSW today and I purchased a pair of shoes, when I asked for a bag, I was told that they don’t put any of your purchases in bags anymore. So I walked out with the box of shoes in my hand. I would not be patronizing this business anymore. DSW, you all need to go back to the brown bags.

This company sold me a pair of shoes…

This company sold me a pair of shoes that did not exist and promised me they would be delivered by Christmas as they were a gift for a child. They messed me around for over a week. I was trying to get a refund to purchase a different present, and they told me that my money would not be refunded to me for at least four days. After a multitude of emails, no resolution and the package will not be here in time for Christmas. Take your business elsewhere.

Garbage customer service

Would have given 0 stars but had to give min of 1. So here I go, donating a star for poor service. I ordered a shoe Black Friday deal and was surprised to see it cancelled a day later while checking on status. No info on why it was cancelled. Called to find out why it was cancelled and customer service said there was a glitch in the system. Does that mean all those people waiting on their shoes would just continue to wait till they realize weeks have gone by without their shoe being delivered? So the lady again ordered it and today it’s been over 3 weeks, still no shoe in sight. I went to the store to find out if by chance it had arrived as I had scheduled for store pickup and after looking for 5 mins they said it was not in store. The salesman called DSW customer service only to be told that they knew nothing about it and that I could cancel the order or reorder. I was ready to order it for the third time when customer service hung up on us…great job 👏 Today I called customer service to find out personally, and after going back and forth with the agent, she smartly tells me, “Don’t worry u can still cancel the order”😳 Seriously??? After almost a month of waiting and ordering it twice, still no shoe and I’m supposed to not worry after they have even charged me for it. DSW sucks!! Horrible customer service!!!
