Never again. Sizing is ALWAYS inconsistent in pants and jeans.

For years, I paid for Abercrombie and when they started to provide a line of jeans where length and fits are endless, I decided to purchase. Every single time ended up being a fail. I would buy my exact size 24 and the waist would be different. One pair was almost 5 inches wider on the waist than the other. This has happened three times already. To add insult, I paid $7 shipping and now I have to pay $7 to return. I just blew $14 total and wasted resources just to have jeans that came horrendously oversized. This was for a pair of jeans that cost $90 by the way!!! What person in this economy would spend this much if they didn't need a pair of good-fitting, quality jeans with accurate sizing?? That's what it should've been! I’ve been an online shopper with Abercrombie since 2006 and now, no more. I avoid if I can.

Bad return policy and poor customer service

Tried to return a dress that I purchased missing 30days return window by 3 days. I had original receipt and all tags were on. Store manager refused to return for a store credit. Called customer service 3 times because 2 out of 3 were dropped. Customer service also said there is nothing they could do. I used to shop often at this store and never had any problems. This was my last time shopping at this store. Poor return policy and customer service. Another store that wouldn’t be around for long with policies like this and poor customer service.

Bought a pair of pants that were huge…

Bought a pair of pants that were huge but supposed to be small. I tried to return and that was a hassle. Then they didn't refund me the shipping costs. A company should be respectful, especially when paying $70 for one pair of pants. Very disappointed.

Terrible

Terrible. Takes months to give you a refund - I still haven’t. They say it’s coming and it never does. They must try to withhold refunds in hopes customers forget about them. Huge waste of time!

My rating is based solely on the delivery experience, not on customer service or the quality of the clothes. I haven’t had to contact customer service yet, but it seems I might need to soon.Why are businesses still using LaserShip?I have ordered from A&F before, so my address is auto-saved. However, LaserShip claims they cannot deliver my package due to an incorrect address. I know my address is correct, and I double-checked it—because, hey, maybe there was an error somewhere else—but no, everything is accurate, including my apartment number. So, LaserShip, where is my package?I am sure these companies are aware of LaserShip's poor reputation and could be losing money because LaserShip may be stealing packages or simply being lazy about delivery.If A&F continues to use LaserShip, I will no longer shop from their site.

The worst customer service

Being a woman, finding jeans is already stressful enough as it is. I asked two different people for help, and they weren’t helpful at all.One girl, told me she didn’t know where jeans are but works here. And the other lady pointed me to a table. No one helped, or even offered to show me. I was so excited to buy some new jeans…. It’s 2pm, the store is empty. For jeans to be 90$, these people have THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Disgusting company and customer service

I wish I could give zero stars. I placed an order on 2/13 which sat unprocessed for days. On 2/19 I was told it would ship 2/20 because it went on back order. I was never notified of that. Then on 2/20 I was told they received more and it would ship 2/22. Then on 2/24 I was told it would ship 2/26. Then on 2/26 I was told it would ship 2/27, and then 30 minutes later upon trying to contact them again I was told it would ship 2/28. Then they canceled it as of today 2/27 saying it’s not in stock after customer service told me 4 times they received it in stock. Disgusting company and customer service. I have never spent a dime at this place (this reaffirms why) and I will never give them a dime of my money again. Save yourself the money and buy from a company less dull and one that’s not fraught with controversies and lawsuits.

SCAM company. Dont get gift cards from them

Update: They contacted me and resent a gift card. They did make it right I ordered a Gift card online to be mailed to me. It stated mailed but there was never a tracking number. I called and the man said he would convert to an e-card but would take 5 days. In 5 days I got a regular gift card in the mail. Gave the gift at christmas only to find they sent me a card with a zero balance. I purchased a 200.00 gift card. I have called back and they said they sent on to be reviewed and I have not heard anything. DONT buy from them as they are a scam company. They took my money and a zero balance gift card in return!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Aside from NEVER having stock of obviously popular items, and so I have to literally stalk the website JUST to find a SINGLE OPTION in the correct size that isn't a hideous pattern or colour, I finally do after months. They confirm my order. the next day I receive an email saying "oops sorry, we actually don't have that it's back ordered." The absolute AUDACITY to sell items that they don't even have in stock is beyond unprofessional. I can't believe a company could suck so badly

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience at the Abercrombie & Fitch store at Topanga mall. Even though there were plenty of employees working, when I was in the fitting room and asked for a different size, they told me to go find it myself at the front of the store. When I returned, I found that all my personal belongings had been packed up and moved outside without anyone checking or asking me. Despite having multiple employees around, no one offered help or showed any concern. It was clear that the store had extremely poor management, and most of the employees were very young and inexperienced. There was no proper supervision, which resulted in a complete lack of customer service. This was a terrible experience, and I won’t be coming back.
