Horrible service

Horrible service. Order never arrived!Ordered a $250 package that was delivered to the wrong address my OnTrac. A&F refused to help and sent me to OnTrac. OnTrac refused responsibility. After hours on the phone I’m out 250 bucks and the package never arrived. Worst service I’ve ever experienced from working with a clothing company. Go in store or RISK WASTING YOUR MONEY

Good quality and great fit!

I don’t understand the negative reviews. I received my package within 2 days (including a retour label). Really good quality clothing with a great fit.

Sent my order to wrong place and couldn’t resolve

sent my order to the wrong place. Took them 13 days to respond with an actual solution. Ended up just asking for a refund because I couldn’t waste anymore time trying to get a solution from customer service. Basic e-commerce functionality just isn’t there. Go in store or elsewhere.

Interesting, I have called numerous times regarding my refund and never get a response back, no email, no phone call…guess this is why! Don’t shop here!! This man is a pedifile!!!Look him up “Mike Jeffries”

I ordered from this webside

I ordered from this webside: abercrombie.co.no. Just want to warn others since I tried to check with trustpilot at couldnt find anything about the webside. Hope abercrombie will make sure that webside gets taken down, and report it to the police. I really thougt it was the norwegian version of the webside. I will do it as well as I paid over 1000 kr for the order a month a go I never got.

Trying to return something is a nightmare

So I ordered the same size as I normally buy and it was huge. No return label in parcel. Went online to do a return. Only option said I had to have a printer. I don’t. Spent 30 mins on chat to be told that option will generate a QR code and it will be fine. So back on website. Only option was a refund. I wanted an exchange. Back on chat. After 30 mins. Was told they had an issue their end and to try again later. So a waste of an hour and I had to put my dinner in the bin as I burnt it. I wasn’t expecting to waste an hour trying to sort a return. A label included in the parcel would have saved me an hour of my life I will never get back and wouldn’t have cost me my dinner!! Chat kept saying wait 3 mins. Obviously helping other people at the same time. I won’t be buying again from them. Just cost me money for nothing.WHY CANT YOU JUST INCLUDE A RETURNS LABEL AND RETURN OPTION FORM IN PARCEL???Would save a lot of time and what if you don’t have a clue about QR codes - the older generation.This system is damn right time consuming and frustrating. Who does it help? Not me.You cost me an hours data on my mobile. My dinners in the bin. I’m no further forward.Cheers!And they are deducting postage costs from refund. I’ve already paid out for it to be delivered. If your sizing was standard I wouldn’t have to return this. If I’ve 7 hoodies in L. Why is this top absolutely massive!Now to make things worse. I cancelled the return to try and get the exchange option and now I can’t do anything. Chat told me to do that. It’s as if that’s now final. Because I did that. I can no longer start a return. So I’ve wasted money I didn’t really have on a top I can never wear. Consumer Rights. I WANT A REFUND OR EXCHANGE!

Order never shipped

I ordered something on Sept 25th for expedited shipping to arrive on Sept 27th. It never left the shipping facility, and never arrived at my house. I have contacted customer service twice, and both times they said their team of specialists will reach out via email, but no one has. They refunded me for shipping, but I would love for my $300 worth of items to arrive at my house!!

No returns label and they charge for returns

Not only do they charge for returns, but you also have to print your own return label. I will never order from them again. Ive been standing at my printer for 20 mins to get it to work just to return my items. Why not just provide a returns label?

You pay for returns on faulty items

They sent me some T-Shirts and the sleeves are random lengths. I paid for the postage but now I also have to pay for return postage on faulty items. I will not be buying from A&F again.

Do not buy from A&F until they part…

Do not buy from A&F until they part ways with ontrac delivery service. OnTrac is an absolute SCAM and is filled with incompetent delivery drivers and customer service…. IF they are real people and not bots. A&F customer service won’t be able to help you either if you’re having trouble with your delivery. They will tell you the only thing they can do is wait until OnTrac returns the package to them to process a refund… YEAH RIGHT. HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS DOWN THE DRAIN
