I am extremely disappointed with the way EA handled the unwarranted ban on my account.

I am extremely disappointed with the way EA handled the unwarranted ban on my account. I've played 3,000 hours in Apex Legends and have never hacked. I'm worried that my account has been hacked and my account has been hacked, resulting in a ban. I was playing in a match and got a suspension notice. I immediately contacted EA support (they checked my ban history and said I didn't have a ban). So, I re-entered the game, got kicked again, and received a ban message. Later, I got an email saying I was banned for hacking/terms of service violation, when I didn't do any such thing. EA responded to my email and said: Thank you for contacting us regarding your account action. We received your description and fully investigated your account. After reviewing your case, we have determined that we took the correct action in accordance with EA policies and procedures. This is an extremely unhelpful and general response that provides no evidence of cheating or how they came to their conclusion. Why would I, a guy who spent 3,000 hours and $200 on this game, get hacked and lose everything? Hacking is a serious issue in Apex Legends, and EA somehow fails to understand that many people have been falsely accused of having hackers take control of their accounts. If EA cannot correct this problem I will no longer be a consumer of their products. If EA doesn't address these quality control issues related to account bans, they will lose a lot of money. My appeal is to be re-examined. I can no longer appeal at eahelp. The customer service told me that I could not appeal after three times and would not appeal. Throughout this process I submitted over 10 injunction appeals with ample evidence and documentation, but was denied every attempt. This left me deeply frustrated and upset because I felt like my true circumstances were not being taken into consideration as seriously as they should have been.

Worst Customer support

I own both Simply Go Mini many as well as the Simply Go. I purchased The Simply Go approximately eight months ago and it no longer works. For reference my Simply Go Mini stopped working two years ago. I got in touch with Philips autorized service center HTS here in California and even spoke directly with the service manager Efron. It is now two years later, and my experience with HTS has been horrendous and they are absolutely no help when it comes to any repairs. The manager shared with me over a year ago that they could not get parts and would let me know as soon as they could and I keep emailing to no avail with no return phone calls. Additionally, I contacted Philips customer support spoke with a really helpful gentleman by the name of Matthew. After explaining my frustration and lack of customer service with HTS, he directed me to Accurate Biomed, as well as Medical Science Center for other repair centers that I could possibly work with. For reference Accurate Biomed never picked up or answered the phone. I was on hold for 45 minutes with Medical Science Center and then was disconnected. I find it extraordinary that it is impossible after spending several thousand dollars on machines, that I cannot get serviced or get anyone on the phone to help me. While, I understand Philips is not licensed to directly service or help repair patient's units this is an impossible situation and it is no wonder they are in a class action lawsuit.

Outstanding service with slight niggles

Nokia 5. Repair no. 1570727169675.GPS had not worked on this phone for many months. Near end of 24 month warranty.The good - Collected and returned from Hungary by DHL, fully repaired, in 4 days!The not so good - phone taken to local DHL collection point and £39.50 asked for shipping! Wasted journey! Later collected free. On-line advice from Nokia not always 100% reliable.Overall - very satisfied.

Very rude and dishonest company

They sold me a computer that didn't work. I asked to exchange it, but they told me that since I had unsealed it, it will not be exchange it. And they pointed me to the check with guarantee, but when I transferred the check with the guarantee, it was written there that only DVDs and CDs could not be exchanged; they should not be unpacked and this did not apply to computers. I was deceived, among other things, when I asked to exchange a non-working computer, they treated me rudely and with ridicule. Just because I am a woman and a foreigner does not mean that you can do this to me! Very rude and dishonest company! Never buy anything from them!

Spotify laid off 1500 employees & Spotify Wrapped

Spotify laid off 1500 employees including the man who helped perfect spotify wrapped and it showed. Spotify wrapped was AWFUL and spotify has yet to address it. Luckily for me, Apple Music is just a click away. But the lack of care when they continue to raise the price is infuriating. IDC how petty it is, people look forward to wrapped and they completely ruined and cheapened the experience. If am paying more, the quality should get better but spotify has depleted. Customer service is useless and just gives the same generic response. Disappointing and I hope they continue to lose subscribers the free and premium users.

However, LaserShip claims they cannot deliver my package due to an incorrect address. I know my address is correct, and I double-checked it—because, hey, maybe there was an error somewhere else—but no, everything is accurate, including my apartment number. So, LaserShip, where is my package?I am sure these companies are aware of LaserShip's poor reputation and could be losing money because LaserShip may be stealing packages or simply being lazy about delivery.If A&F continues to use LaserShip, I will no longer shop from their site.

They make you buy at a higher price…

They make you buy at a higher price then the actual price, then sell lower then the actual price. Let's say you buy a coin that is .20 on every other exchange they will make you pay .23-.24 and as soon as you try to sell it a second after your purchase they will only give you .17-.18 for your coin. The price is still .20 on every exchange, nothing has changed. They make it so you can't get in and out unless there's a big move. And even when you do get out they will always give you lower than the actual price

I wrote a complaint of a business rated A+. Business agreed to refund me but did not follow through. After complaint to BBB they (BBB) simply shut down my registered complaint and stopped responding to calls and emails. I looked at original business today - they still have an A+ rating and my complaint is not even listed. I complained about BBB on line today and made a formal complaint
