Review Time
Bought a pair of jeans that had those stupid elastic lines after two washings. Brought to store they could not do a return ( I did not have receipt) but agreed the jeans were a mess. Suggested I call Customer Svc, what a waste of time....since I am not a loyalty member they had no options available. These are lower quality than Walmart jeans...never again shopping at Abercrombie. Poor quality.
Was sent someone else’s entire order instead of my own that I paid expedited shipping for. The packaging slip contained another customer’s private information and I am guessing that my information was sent to someone else. Spent an hour on the phone with customer service and they told me that I would have to wait 24-48 hours to request a reshipment because “the package may still be out there to be delivered” yet the tracking order number showed as delivered with FedEx. Decided to chat with customer service instead and they were a little more helpful. They reshipped my items (that again, I paid expedited costs for) but was notified that their distribution centers are closed on weekends so it would be 4-5 days until it arrived. Overall would not recommend ordering from this company online.
I purchased some clothes for my daughter. NINE days later I tried to return them as they didn't fit and/or she didn't like them. At no time did the cashier say any items were final sale and neither did the receipt. I repurchased 2 of the exact same items in a different size for my other child and they DID NOT ring up as a final sale. They will not even give me a credit for the store. How can they NOT TELL the customer items are final sale verbally and on your receipt, then purchase the same items in a different size and they're not a final sale. I will NEVER shop there again!
Annoying you have to pay for returns but my fault for not checking returns policy.Puts me off ordering again. Quality of clothing is lovely but I'm between sizes so like to order 2 sizes.Lots of quality brands who offer free returns so for me I will be sticking with those.
I wish I could give zero stars to this company.Placed my order 11th of May,supposed to arrive 15th of May .Contacted customer service twice and got the same response 'someone will contact you in two days' .Today is 19th of May .Such a lie ,no-one got in touch so i asked for a refund as I no longer need my order.Again was told they will put a note for the refund.God knows when I will get my money bag.I will need to open a bank dispute against them if I do not get my money back.How come they get your money first thing but to refund you have to go through so much hassle.WISH I READ REVIEWS BEFORE PLACING THE ORDER.AVOID AS TOO MUCH HASSLE TO DEAL WITH THEM.
When we returned from vacation, we found out four packages had been stolen: two from Amazon, one from Bloomingdales ($400 sneakers), and one from A&F (two t-shirts for $80). A&F was the only one that refused to send a replacement, saying its policy is no refund for stolen packages (mind you, they sent it without a signature requirement). I'm assuming they don't insure their packages. I've never had packages stolen before, and I won't be buying them here again.
I enjoy A&F clothes and quality, but their online store leaves quite a lot to be desired. I am in Greece, and therefore, despite how much I spend and having "free delivery for orders over___" all over the site, I still must pay 10 euros each time for delivery. This wouldn't be so frustrating, but stock is always limited, so I am never able to shop for all the items I want at the same time, which means there are items I simply give up on purchasing because I don't want to rack up lots of separate orders, paying 10 euros shipping each time. When it comes to returns, it took 3 weeks for me to receive a refund. Plus, there are multiple influencer discount codes for those shopping in the UK and US, but these never apply to us in Europe. I just feel like the European online store is a bit neglected and doesn't enjoy the same benefits of others.
So I have been purchasing the Fierce confidence cologne for the past 10+ years. I went to order the other day and it’s no where to be found on their site now. I reached out to their customer service multiple times asking a simple question of “Did the Fierce Confidence cologne get discontinued?” You would think they could give me a yes or no answer. But no, all they kept telling me was: “We sometimes restock items based on their popularity! As we are unable to access future availability information, we recommend checking back on our site sometimes.Additionally, I recommend adding this item to your favorites by clicking on the heart at the top right of your screen. In this way you will receive constant updates on the articles that you like the most.”I told them that it was not possible to do this as the item was completely taken off of their site. And I get basically the exact same email back from them as the first response. I just want to know if it’s discontinued or not. How hard is it to answer that? It’s infuriating. This is the only cologne I use. Horrible experience with them this time around. I’ve never had issues till now. Not too happy with them currently.
