Review Time
My order was marked as delivered by Royal Mail but I never received this order. I contacted Abercrombie for help and the service and policy I received was a letdown. If a parcel goes missing or is stolen and is sent with Royal Mail then the merchant (Abercrombie) is responsible for making a claim, not the recipient according to Royal Mail to make a claim. Unfortunately, this is not the helpful response I received from them. They told me to contact the authorities (no police is going to give me my money back) and offered for me to pay for another order as a replacement. I had to raise a claim with Klarna for them to take me seriously, and after 15 emails back and fourth, I got my money back. It is a shame because I have been a long-time customer with Abercrombie but this has put me off from shopping again with the company. If your order goes missing expect no help. They expect you to pay for goods not received.
Waiting for 3 x refunds. Used their QR code for the returns that is all documented that they have the returns but they can't find it!! Have to do credit card chargeback now as ABERCROMBIE ARE CLEARLY STEALING FROM ITS OWN CUSTOMERS AND NOT PASSING ON REFUNDS!!!!
I wish I'd looked at the reviews before purchasing from this company. Poor service and poor quality goods for the money you pay. Would never use again. People bewareUpdate Ambercrombie have contacted me and offered to refund the top as it is no longer available. A much better experience and one that you would expect. Thank you Amy from Ambercrombie.
I just wanted a refund for a promptly returned item.... I got anything and everything EXCEPT my money! The item was returned in December and received by them on January 2nd.... no refund was received so I emailed customer service and was promised a refund by January 12th. That's a ridiculously long time for a big company to refund money electronically! Just been fobbed off again.... I will never purchase from A&F again, it's too much hassle
I bought a top in a store in the US, when I got back to the UK I opened the bag and realised it had a hole in it. The team were fantastic and, as we couldn’t arrange an exchange, a refund was quickly sorted. I would, and will, definitely buy again.
