Review of Canva
I used Canva.com for the first time in my life today, I had to register with my Google account because it´s the first time.So, what is the issue?I logged in from Chromium (privacy browser, not Chrome) with my Google account. A picture that was generated with ChatGPT about half a year ago popped up in Canva. That picture should not have been accessible by Canva. That picture was generated with ChatGPT and saved straight to a folder on my own physical server, never shared as a picture anywhere. It did appear in a YouTube video, but not in as clear resolution as the one on Canva.com.Now my big question is, how did Canva.com get access to a previously not shared picture? Did they get it from my server or from ChatGPT? No matter what, it´s a serious breach of security.

DO NOT book a hotel with these people !!!In January we booked a hotel in London for the London Marathon weekend. We paid Booking.com in full when the booking was made in JANUARY. When we arrived at the hotel on the 26th April at 16:00 we were told that due to maintenance issues we were no longer staying at that hotel and we had to go to another hotel instead. They said they had contacted us to let us know about the change by email. We checked our emails when they said that and yes they did send us an email telling us that but it was at 12.00 on the day we arrived and we did not see it because we were travelling down to London by that time. I explained that we had arranged to meet people at the hotel we were actually booked in but they said there was nothing they could do. We had to walk to the other hotel. On arrival at that hotel we were given a room which was in the basement. There was not even a window in the room. We went back to reception and said we would not except the room they had given us. After a long wait we eventually were given another room which was just as bad as the first one. The room was so small that the only place to sit was on the bed or you had to actually get into the bed. We tried to ring Booking.com but its just impossible to actually speak to anyone on the telephone. We sent them an email that evening to register our complaint.Fast forward to today. Six months later, several emails later and a few telephone calls later ( yes I eventually got a telephone number) and booking.com will not admit there was a problem, they will not give us a refund. Their excuse is that the hotel should give the refund because the booking is with the hotel. The hotel have offered us a 10% refund which is £19 which is just not acceptable. I have repeatedly said to booking.com that my contract is with them not the hotel because I paid them in full for the booking and had nothing to do with paying the hotel. They just keep fobbing me off with excuses. Tonight I was on the telephone for over an hour to a very nice lady from B.COM who could not make any sort of decision about anything because she was not senior enough. When I asked to be transferred to someone more senior they just put the phone down. They are a shocking company. Do not ever book with them. Tell everyone to avoid this company and not to book anything with them

I bought a guitar from Thomann and it arrived in 9 days. Unfortunately i needed to return it and was told it could take up to 28 days to arrive back and would then need to be inspected before receiving my refund. 28days? really? i could have taken a bus and delivered it back quicker. I filled in a complaint email but after 24hrs i have not received a reply to this. Shows how serious Thomann take complaints. I had bought a few guitars from Thomann before but really can't see myself using their site again. I'd rather go somewhere where i feel like a valued customer, rather than a credit card.

I cannot make online purchase on samsung.com. I tried at least 15 times. Each time I receive a generic email saying that check your order details, your billing address, delivery address, phone number, credit card and re-order it. When I connect to their support team, they don't know anything about how to solve this problem. All they say is try clearing cookies, try with a new account etc, which are useless. And they end chat without solving my problem. I can't believe how Samsung offers such a terrible purchase and support experience.They think that you have to investigate, find and solve your problem. And we're talking about Samsung...

AMEX took $847.00 from me knowing full well that they screwed up. I booked a Vietnam hotel through AMEX travel but it turned out to be a AirB/B type place. I was never given any info on how to check-in or contact the landlord from AMEX. 2hrs on the phone with AMEX while sitting in the lobby of the hotel and they finally gave up. I rebooked a different hotel and disputed the first hotel charge. AMEX claims “the hotel provided all needed non-refundable documents, so the charge will stay.” Very disappointing because it wasn’t the Merchant, it was AMEX that never gave the needed info to Check-in.

Tried to return a dress that I purchased missing 30days return window by 3 days. I had original receipt and all tags were on. Store manager refused to return for a store credit. Called customer service 3 times because 2 out of 3 were dropped. Customer service also said there is nothing they could do. I used to shop often at this store and never had any problems. This was my last time shopping at this store. Poor return policy and customer service. Another store that wouldn’t be around for long with policies like this and poor customer service.
