If I could give Eventbrite negative starts I would! I purchased a ticket to an event and received a confirmation email with a link to view my ticket. I clicked the link, and behold- no ticket. I went through every avenue of troubleshooting offered by the Eventbrite website, all to no avail. I then tried to contact customer service- what a joke that was! I was left on hold for 30 minutes only to be told that the customer service line is for ticket sellers only. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of any event that requires you to purchase a ticket via Eventbrite. I would also encourage all businesses to cease selling tickets via this scam of a company.

I was having trouble with an in game purchase on apex due to “core items already owned” (turns out thats how the devs intended it to be it wasnt a glitch or bug) but anytime i was able to actually get ahold of EA customer support they literally had no clue what was going on, they just kept say it was a bug and to reset my system and post it as a bug in the forums. They outsource their service to india and the people you actually talk to dont know crap about the game or whats going on

I very recently subscribed to a year of Claude.AI. I used it 2 times at most. I was testing it out to see how it compared to other AI platforms by giving it very benign questions. I went to sign in next time and I was denied. It said I violated their usage policy. I have absolutely no idea what they’re talking about. They said I could appeal. I appealed, not knowing what I was appealing. And I was denied. Without explanation. Now I’m asked for a refund and I’m getting ignored. This company is a complete scam.

After reviewing the actions of Richard, the community moderation manager, I have to say he is not the right fit for this position. Here’s why:1. I personally witnessed him closing an account for unfair reasons. (I explained this in a previous review)2. He muted my account with a note containing words I never said... essentially fabricating a reason to silence me. 3. Most concerning, he has a very low chess rating on the platform.At a blitz rating of 671, Richard doesn’t even grasp basic chess principles. How can someone with no real understanding of the game be responsible for fostering the growth of the chess community?Instead, his focus seems to be maintaining the Off Topic forum as a hangout spot for minors bypassing school website restrictions. Most of these kids have ratings below 1000 and show no interest in chess (Just like Richard). They use chess.com simply because it’s one of the few websites they can access from school.Their parents and teachers assume chess.com is strictly a chess site, but they have no idea about the inappropriate and harmful discussions happening in the Off Topic forums. If you check right now, the chess related forums are nearly dead, while Off Topic is filled with active threads like:- “Would you kiss the person above you?”- “Truth or dare”- And worse, threads from kids expressing thoughts of self harm.These discussions should not be allowed on a platform catering to young users, yet Richard seems completely fine with them. Meanwhile, if someone creates a thread about experiencing cheating in a game of chess, that user risks being muted or even banned. Make that make sense.Then there’s Shaun, another staff member in a similar role. His moderation is just as incompetent, but I’ll save those details for another time. I need to speak with someone higher than Richard and Shaun. Yet, every support ticket I submit gets directed right back to them... the same people who unfairly muted me and fabricated a reason to do so.Chess.com, these individuals are damaging the reputation of your platform and need to be held accountable.My username: veryverystern

Unexpected disconnection on checkout caused Amazon to put my account on hold. No email about it from them, and I cannot find a way of getting through to Customer services to recover access. Every attempt to contact them takes me back to the Guidance page - an endless loop telling me to contact Customer Services. No direct method to email them and I cannot find a way to open a live chat to resolve the issue. Hopeless, but having seen the other reviews, I think it best not to bother. Pete

I just want people to be aware before they buy. I needed some features of adobe for some important paperwork, and was in a hurry so I didn't stop to read, I just signed up. 1. There is no way to remove a cc - I'm assuming you would have to contact their customer service. You can CHANGE your card, but not remove it. -2. In my case, I was just charged my monthly fee, but won't be needing the service again. To cancel, they will charge me $69. -This beings a vicious cycle, and I will tell you if you put a prepaid card on there, and you don't have the proper funds they will burn you UP through email and on your card's notifications. -This happened to me before I'd added my credit card. I used a cash card because that's what I was using to pay bills at the time. They hit it for the monthly fee, and my card was locked (wasn't trying to "get out" of the plan), they absolutely burned me up with notifications day and night. -I sorely regret signing up with Adobe. You get boxed in to staying with them unless you want to pay their fees.I have screenshots, but can't post them here. I sure learned a hard lesson, hope this reaches someone else and they don't have to. - - - - - - - PLEASE read before you buy, know before you go. THAT THEIR SYSTEM IS DOWN AND THEY CANNOT TRACK THE STATUS OF MY PRODUCT.HE SAID HE CANNOT HELP ME WITH ANYTHING> NOT SURE WHY IS IT CALLED CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

Horrible customer service. Called because I received a damaged product. Was told they would send a replacement item and was given a delivery date. The rep told me I did not need to return my item and could throw it out or donate it. Never received my replacement. When I called a week later I was told that they had no record of a replacement order and could not send me a replacement or issue a refund unless I returned the damaged item to the store. I told them I no longer had the product because THEY told me I didn’t need to return it. Just told sorry but no offer to fix their mistake! So I paid for a damaged product I won’t get to use and will not get replaced or refunded

I posted reviews on IMDb for very many years, and had no problem with the site, finding it full of useful information and wide ranging reviews of all types. More recently, I found that some of my reviews were declined, or in other cases published and then deleted for reasons not given and where there is no opportunity to challenge the decision. It seems that IMDb are no longer interested in objectivity, but prefer to censor out anything that some mysterious person behinds the scenes decides they don't like. I no longer use the site. R.I.P.

For years, I paid for Abercrombie and when they started to provide a line of jeans where length and fits are endless, I decided to purchase. Every single time ended up being a fail. I would buy my exact size 24 and the waist would be different. One pair was almost 5 inches wider on the waist than the other. This has happened three times already. To add insult, I paid $7 shipping and now I have to pay $7 to return. I just blew $14 total and wasted resources just to have jeans that came horrendously oversized. This was for a pair of jeans that cost $90 by the way!!! What person in this economy would spend this much if they didn't need a pair of good-fitting, quality jeans with accurate sizing?? That's what it should've been! I’ve been an online shopper with Abercrombie since 2006 and now, no more. I avoid if I can.

Definitely trying to break down protection in a plethora of products, and then pestering subscribers to extend their agreement to a new product, then another one, then another one, etc. And after they have done all that, you are never sure that you accounts really gathers all that you paid for.Their communciation and marketing is also quite annoying, with windows popping up in the middle of any session you are doing and hijacking your flow of work.
