Honestly never had an experience like…

Honestly never had an experience like it. Royal Mail decided to leave my parcel at the front of my house (unrequested) - this is a busy road for pedestrians. I come home to find my parcel missing. Contacted the customer service team to tell them my item has been left outside my house unrequested, but was not there when I got home. They said as there is a ‘proof of delivery’ picture (which shows it just dumped on my doorstep) - they cannot do anything about it. Absolutely insane. As someone who works in online retail and deals with customers and carriers daily - I have never experienced or heard anything like it. £154 down the drain. The first time I have ordered directly from them online and it’s safe to say I will not be ordered A&F clothes either directly or from ASOS ever again.

Refund Process and email correspondence with A&F

I am very excited to write a review for Aebercrombie and Fitch.The communication started on 29 Nov with my return and there is a lot of correspondence .I took some time to review as Aebercrombie deserves it!!Customer service and email correspondence: i would like to give 10/10 Return Process: 5/10 you need to learn from Amazon!Returning Refund: 5/10 too long! Need to learn from Amazon and Garage and AE/AerieAmount of Refund: in parts but complete refund with shipment fees waived 10/10Coupon/discount for next purchase: 9/10 30% discount Quality of clothes 2023 now : 3/10 Very poor!! Quality of clothes before 2023: 9/10 excellent !Future Strategy: make good quality products and save your brand !!For future growth develop corporate and finance strategy:Corporate strategy: go towards Radical/Disruptive innovation and develop and create strategic trusted alliances! By pooling similar sources or building alliance specific sources Or go towards adding value through diversification.Diversification form start and end of product development till selling is the key which is missing in you.Finance strategy: focus on customer segmentation and consumption chain analysis and remove barriers. Appalling customer service and they…

Appalling customer service and they have their own seemingly random sizing which leads to multiple rounds of returns of online orders. Store wouldn't refund items which I had already exchanged once and when I phoned up customer service I was told that I should have "made sure the items were fully suitable" ie it was my fault they have random sizing. Both of these people lied to me because I managed to get a full refund by post. I was intending to exchange one item as I finally found in store at a perfect fit but by this point I was so disappointed with Abercrombie and didn't want to remain as one of their customers.

Overpriced

I like shopping here for my son but lately it’s been an unpleasant experience. I don’t think I will be shopping at this store for him anymore

Unclear you have to pay for returns

Not clear at all that you have to pay £2 to return. I read carefully all the small print and when I saw I would have a pre-printed return label, I assumed it would therefore be paid for. Clothes weren't great quality either, don't believe the influence hype.

Online Experience and my Voluptuous Chest Queens Plz Read

Online Experience: I love their styles and I've bought a few summer dresses. The thing is, when you order online, even with the "size chart" each piece of clothing runs a little larger or a little smaller. I'd prefer shopping in person because out of all the stores I've been to, I'd say Abercrombie clothes have such a range of what is defined as a "small" and a "medium". Again, their styles are so cute and the fabric is solid. I've ordered a few times and one time my order was shipped to the opposite coast ("umm really??") which is my reason for the 3 stars and because I gasp for air wearing some of these dresses. ***When I placed an order, the carrier was FedEx and I would receive the order in about 2 weeks******When you a receive a package, make sure not to rip the crap out of it because you can use the same bag for returns. ***To my voluptuous chest queens, even when you get a medium-sized dress, your chest may be gasping for dear life. I don't think I'll order another dress unless it's a low V-neck dress where the breasts have a little space to maneuver. Things I have ordered... -Off-The-Shoulder Corset Mini Dress favorite purchase and the dress runs short (hugs the body right) -Emerson Ruched Angel Sleeve Mini Dress (I think for anyone over size C will struggle with putting this dress on unless they order a large). I ordered a medium because I still want the dress to hug my figure.)-Emerson Poplin Puff Sleeve Midi Dress (Beautiful dress and unfortunately, with a medium my chest still struggles to find space. The top part of the dress really feels like you're wearing binding. The puffy sleeves and how long the dress is, I guess, counterbalances my struggle to breathe lolol.)If I had to give any advice to Abercrombie, it would be to put elastic around the corners of the chest area so when you slide in, the top hugs instead of binds your chest :).

First class customer service

Due to my putting incorrect email I didn’t get any order confirmation. Abercrombie went above and beyond to help solve issues. Fast dispatch . Definitely use again

Absolutely terrible customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service! My initial order went missing in the post which in fairness is at no fault of Abercrombie & Fitch. But when I raised my concerns they tried to suggest to me that Royal Mail typically delivery’s in 8 working days… after a lot of back and forth they resent my order which I then unfortunately wanted to return.My order was delivered back on Tuesday 10/10/23. Today is 19/10/23 and I’m still waiting on my refund.Customer support have told me I can expect payment on the 24th October. 15 days after my order was marked delivered back to them.I’m still waiting for my refund and I’m actually doubting if I will ever receive it. Plus the customer services have the WORSE attitude. They clearly only want to give the bare minimum.Update 24/10/23: I still haven’t received a refund. They haven’t even suggested my parcel has been processed for a return. Not sure I go from here. I will be contacting my bank to get the money back.Second update 27/10/2023Still no refund. Complete scam! KEEP AWAY

Utter Scam, returns sent and no refund

Returns sent weeks and weeks ago, app still says "return submitted" and nothing further when I can see via the UPS tracking it was delivered weeks ago! Customer service non-existent. £100s out of pocket as it stands, looking to now try and do a charge back to recover funds! DO NOT BUY FROM ABERCOMRBIE ONLINE. You wont get your money back for any returns. How they are allowed to operate I do not know, total scam.
