Review Time
I ordered a dress online on Sunday morning using the standard delivery service with estimated delivery date a week late but turned up the following day so very pleased. The dress is lovely material, well made and fits perfectly. I couldn't be happier
I cannot believe a company of this size is so appalling. Did a massive haul for my daughter, sent a lot of it back and it seems to have missing in return. They seem to think that is not their issue and could not care less. They won’t investigate or refund, literally couldn’t care less as they have my money and that suits them. Have had to open a dispute with my card. Will never shop with them again, not that they will care about that either.
A&F is claiming one item was missing from my return and is refusing to refund it. Every time I request the remaining refund they change their story about which item is 'missing'. They also suggest another item is missing, even though that item was never shipped and I've already received the refund. No willingness on their part to hear my side of it, or explain why their distribution centre might be confused. The item was 100% in the parcel.
Exchange policy not as stated on line. Online it says I can exchange at any time but when I went to exchange they said I was past the 30 days and wouldn’t do it. Service instore was appalling and their customer services was phon call was also ridiculous. Clearly just reading a script don’t tell me I can exchange at any time after my purchase then decline my exchange and make me look and feel like an idiot in the shop. Something must have happened as Abercrombie used to be a lovely shop with great service. Seems like I’m not the only one feels this way
