I was a diamond member of this website for four years and played thousands of games. Bizarrely, they warned and then banned me for cheating even though I had not cheated on one move ever. My protestations fell on deaf ears and it's very clear that they never took the time to actually review any of my games because it would have been obviously apparent that the ban was a complete nonsense.I began playing on lichess.org and the experience is much better. I suspect chess.com does have a rampant cheating issue but banning honest diamond members for no reason at all will certainly not fix it.My rating on chess.com never rose above 1650 and I'd often come across 1400 players playing like grandmasters. My rating is 1950 on lichess.org and I don't get the same sense that I am constantly battling against cheats and bots.Overall, I am bitterly disgruntled with the manner in which I was absurdly treated and cast aside by chess.com and I'd recommend using alternative sites.

And the apartment won’t reply to them either so no refund?? WHAT. So what is the point of booking.com??? I’ve asked serval time to take it further as I’ve been ignored by the apartment too. This is my second commentary on this product. As last reported, I was not pleased and it is simply because I rarely use the thing that I haven't got round to replacing it. A few days ago, it wouldn't send a text and kept coming up with a message about contacting the service provider. I spoke with them, and they told me that occasionally SIM cards fail and that they would send me another. Got this, installed and activated it. Still the same. Contacted Nokia on-line with one of those irritating on-screen message exchange things and to be fair they took me through a series of processes that did get it working again. However, it needed to be de-bugged and they kept asking me to tap on things that weren't there. I also asked them to resolve the memory issue - no success with that, either. All this took about two hours, the process is hopelessly slow and inefficient. And of course it shouldn't have stopped working in the first place. Where the issues were clearly quite complex, I asked for someone to call me on my landline as it would be easier and faster where they were asking for data that was too complex to sensibly type in, and kept coming up with a new respondent who had no idea what had been discussed so far. This they refused to do. So... I am left with something that doesn't work properly and with which I have little faith with little interest from the business to help. I'll be looking for Black Friday offers on Apple, given that if there is an issue, I can then go into a store and get it sorted. This product is unreliable, slow, difficult to use and has ineffective back-up. My best advice is that you give it a miss and save yourself the grief.

With one years notice only and not from the government might I add...I discovered that they had raised the age and I have had over £54.000 in pension taken from me with no regard for the poverty, ill-health and death in some cases that this policy has created. The effect on my life has been drastic and everything I had planned for in retirement has been decimated. They have shown neither remorse or respect for a generation of women already discriminated against the majority of their lives.They have not paid into the National Insurance fund and have raided it, the money that I and everyone has paid in to pay off debts. Robbing us to pay debtors , instead of taxing the rich more. When taken to task, their answer was that primary and secondary legislation does not have to be fair! And... us, the people don't have the right to be told.Without a pension, I, and many other women, had to continue work, if they were able to. Many couldn't and had to go on meagre benefits..finding it impossible to survive. Many died! They tell us that we are at risk, due to Covid, but expect us to continue working.The government have shown neither remorse or respect for a generation of women already discriminated against the majority of their lives, and who still are.Food bank use had risen dramatically, as have the figures of children living in poverty.And as far as Covid is concerned, the government is firefighting and passing contracts to chums, with no tenders, and who have been, in the majority of cases, unable to give an efficient, value for money service. No login or account info available. Eventually had to call customer service, who seemed or gave the impression of beeing completely clueless. This is the worst mistake of an app I've ever been exposed to, never again - almost an hour of frustrasjon instead of streaming.

We had a tire blowout on our RV and had paid for the upgraded RV coverage through AAA. When we called for service, we provided the make and model, and even confirmed it was an RV. We were told help would arrive within 30 minutes and received a text confirmation.After that, we couldn’t reach a live person—only an AI system. Three hours later, a tow truck finally arrived, only for the driver to tell us he had been dispatched for a Ford F-150, not an RV, and he couldn’t help. He left, and we had to start the entire process over.We explained again that we weren’t in a safe location—people were blocked in, growing angry, and we were stuck in a hot vehicle with no water. SIX HOURS went by, and still no assistance from AAA. At 11 p.m., fearing for our safety and nearly out of gas, we ended up paying out of pocket for a mobile tire repair service to get us out of the situation.AAA completely failed us. This was not just inconvenient—it was dangerous. We will be canceling our membership immediately and will never rely on them again. Travelers beware.

Samsung is the worst and most useless company when it comes to replacements. Don't buy anything from them because if you are one of the unlucky ones to receive a damaged product prepare yourself for an endless wait time and countless phone calls from even getting close to what you ordered. I ordered the S90D '83' inch tv. The tv Arrived broken and as i still wanted the tv i asked for a replacement. I was then told it would take 14 days to pick up the old tv and another 14 days untill i would then have the replacement. That is 28 days and basically a month. A very long wait already. Now i'm about 25 phone calls in and 3 months later and i still have no replacement. I then asked about getting my money refunded as they were clearly too clueless to send me a replacement and have now been waiting 2 weeks with no money being refunded.

I wish I could give a minus 0. Purchased a Samsung Galaxy S24+ March 2, 2024. I have had nothing but troubles since. After a couple of days, contacted Samsung because could not accept texts from anyone. After that, received constant warning of port being full of debris or moisture. Can not charge. Had to figure that out. Just last week, took phone back to Best Buy for help because, the port would not allow a charger to be inserted. Now, as of June 26, 2025, the phone went totally dead! Will not power on, even with being in charging mode. This phone is 15-month-old. Is this the life of a $1,000 phone? I am very disappointed. Right now, I can't even CALL Samsung for assistance.

Printer just stopped working. Problem with Wi-Fi connection. Confirmed Wi-Fi connection was strong & operating. Followed all the trouble shooting instructions. Nothing worked, used the HP Smart app, the info was useless, called Customer Scvs & recorded message said my printer info couldn't be found. HP app provided a notification after there was a problem that my warranty expired. Had to go online to find additional Customer Scvs number. Finally, got a live person to assist. Tech stayed on the phone with me for well over an hour, nothing resolved. Tech was kind enough to call back for 2nd attempt to resolve issues. Unsuccessful! I was offered a free replacement printer under a new ink plan. Tried to sign up, the HP system kept giving me an error for my debit card & would not accept it. This is the same debit card they have been drafting from under my original ink plan. Spoke with another Supervising Tech the next day. I refused to do anymore trouble shooting since this issue was worked on by me for days, spent additional time with Techs without a solution and my debit card issue.Also, they had a computer listed to my account that I didn't own and did not add to the account. Why would a app that only I use, with a password, have an additional laptop listed, that I did not register and do not own!? There's even more to this dilemma. I'm going to stop here. Problem started May 28 - June 3, 2025. Ongoing.

I couldn't access my account page it was just blank. And it is nearly impossible to login. I guess these are the tricks they use to get your money. Godaddy is by far a more legitimate and user friendly business to use.
