The customer service is the worst. I just got transferred out of customer care to the wrong department intentionally so the customer service rep could go home. When the technical support department tried to transfer me back to the customer care, they were closed. After being on hold for 45 minutes, this was not ideal.
Just like everyone else, received terrible service, tried to return a product that i used 3 different cards to purchase, the refund, however, only issued the debit card amount to the debit card, the other 2 credit cards were not refunded. Call customer service only to be put on hold for 30 minutes then have the call dropped, second time on hold over an hour with no answer, just gave up. Contact customer support only to have them reply with "refund was issued, check your bank" I ASSURE YOU IVE CHECKED MY BANK AND AM STILL OUT OVER 700 DOLLARS. Not sure how im going to resolve this but i vow never to use this company again as long as i have a pulse.
I spent an hour and a half and 10 calls getting transferred, dropped and placed on hold. I got the hot potato treatment from non native English speakers who all said it was another departments responsibility. I never once was transferred to a supervisor despite asking numerous times,they just sent me back to the main menu. I finally gave up even though they renewed a warranty on a machine I did not own and charged me $50., I went from irritated to enraged to defeated. There is nothing you can do but I wanted to warn others.
I ordered a Dell XPS 15 and got it with issues with the track pad not working. After calling and not getting much help I sent it back to get the XPS 17 because it was built different. when I got it I found it had sound issues with the left side and it would stop working. after calling them and not getting help 4 times I decided to sent this one back and get a Razer 15. Dell has disappointed me so bad i will never buy anther one from them again. fyi Razer 15 way better no issues
I called to cancel my order before they shipped the item and charged my credit card. They said they processed my cancellation and I will get a confirmation email within 24 hours. But I haven't received any. I called the customer service again, and they said they somehow couldn't go through the cancellation process and tried it again. It was successful this time and I would sure get a confirmation email within 24 hours, but again, I didn't get any. Again, I contacted the customer service, this time, by email. They relatively responded quickly saying I can't cancel anymore, and they'll ship it (scheduled next week). It means I have to return it and ask for the refund. They kindly say they won't charge the returning shipping fee.I asked them to erase my credit card information so that they can't charge me and they won't ship the item. They don't respond to me at all. I needed to cancel my credit card to prevent them to charge me and ship the unwanted item. It was the only credit card I have. I don't have a credit card at all until a new one arrives. Can you imagine how my life is inconvenient right now?

Perpetual hold. Last Email response was to cancel order with no intent to meets the obligations of the sale. Reorder for double the price.
Dell customer support is absolutely horrible!!!!! I sent my computer in for repair more than 2 months ago after only having it less than 6 months because of hard drive issues. Customer support is obviously not located in the US so there is a major language barrier which is the cause of a great deal of miscommunications. I have called Dell every other week for the passed two months and each time I was told that I would get a call back from the technician who is working in my computer so they can tell me in detail what is going on but not once since returning the product has anyone reached out to me. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE A DELL PRODUCT AGAIN!!
I purchased a laptop from Dell on Nov 27th 2020. FedEx Delivered the laptop to the wrong address so I never got it. I contact Dell and I was told to file a police report stating the laptop was stolen from my porch. I told Dell that would be a lie and false report and I refuse to do that, with that said Dell refuse to do anything for me at this point My $431.00 is lost. Decided to seek help with my credit card company by sending evidence of communication with Dell and video from my home surveillance showing time and day of supposed delivery.
Dell totally screw up. made 2 purchases and dell does not want to give the rewards earned, they used the wrong email then said the reward was opened after the sale, i have the email to prove that rewards was set up first. then went to make a purchase and was told i would receive 10% off for my trouble which never happed. 5 hour calling to get nowhere, hagh up on,trans to wrong dept and so on. what was a good company now has no customer service. all the invoices do not have any emails on them, no emails received on purchases, it is only dell lies so they do not have to give the rewards
