UPDATE 30/06/2025: finally got a nonbot response. I asked them why they punish me instead of the store for not sending me the item. The answer I got is that because it's the company policy to punish the customers for the fault of the retailers that sell on the platform or Aliexpress themselves. Fortunately, only lost about £4. Also lost like 6000 gems when they blocked my game account.Absolutely DO NOT buy anything expensive on this site. Every purchase is a risk. If you are lucky and don't run into problems, great. You probably got a good deal (if the item is small and light). Otherwise, expect to be dealing with the worst customer support you can find amongst retailers. I have never seen anything this bad. Live chat is useless because all they can do is pass your case to the so called "Senior" team. The live chat agent acts nice and all but never resolve any issues. The "Senior" team, on the other hand, doesn't care about anything you have to say. They will only copy and paste standard response tweaked by AI to reply you and try to have your case closed as soon as possible. They absolutely will not do anything to help you. They open the email with the line "We are here to assist you with your inquiry and ensure a satisfactory resolution." is a total lie.EDIT: more lies that they resolved the issue in the reply below. That's completely not true. They didn't. They just copied and pasted irrelevant text.

My first and last reservation. Looks like scam site. Agoda requested extra documents verification 1 month after booking and 5 days before travel. Then they did not accept my documents, and when I asked that I can pay fir booking right now they just cancelled my booking.

I wrote the customer service because it currently does not show further data of stocks, which it did some days ago. I wrote them, that this issue is regarding publicly available data on their website and not regarding an account or subscription. In the contact form I chose that I don't have an WSJ account.And the only answer is, that they could not find a subscription with my e-mail address and therefore cannot help.After writing again, it was forwarded to right department and some hours later the bug was solved.regarding the news of the WSJ: Not trustable as it's full of negativity, alleged scarcity and irrelevance for my life.
Review of wish
I have had a mostly great experience with wish. They offer great products. My only complaint would be you have navigate which items are going to be true to size. With about 7 years of experience ordering from wish I have a good idea which items will fit just by looking at them, I can usually tell by the material. Most of my items have fit but things like skirts and corset and fancier tops or fancier clothes tend to be a miss, where as most sweaters especially men’s sweaters and men’s and women’s track pants are a hit. I also have had great luck with there products, makeup and jewelry. I have also gotten some really cute boots and shoes that fit me perfectly! They are pretty good about refunds also! After signing up for a year (digital on line only) I was entitled to a £50 amazon voucher code within 24 days. Well after 3 attempts and getting "we are getting, bla bla bla " .... automated reply I see I too have been CONNED. No response each time and very bad practice, an opportunity for the distance selling directive and Trading standards I think!

Awful process for cancelling subscription. Despite saying I was not interested in any other offers or questions and just wanted to cancel my subscription the questions just kept coming. This made it feel like a fraud and not the world renown newspaper it should be.

Seems Amazon has shifted to shipping through USPS instead of UPS in my area. Since the change I have had nothing but problems getting my packages. All have been very late OR lost. This is a pain in the neck. As a Prime member it would be nice to get my packages in a timely manner. Go back to UPS full time please.

3/22/24 Yesterday morning: Spent 35 minutes getting VRBO system to accept my "Reservation Request" including its obtaining my validated credit card information. At 12:49 p.m., "Your request has been sent: look for a response within 24 hours. In the meantime, keep track of your booking status in My Trips."Approximately 24 hours later, REJECTED. Took a SCREEN IMAGE photo of the listing still showing available. Spent hour getting through to Call Center and spent lengthy time on telephone. Call Center could not find a reason except that the HOST Lauren Dembeck may have failed to indicate availability, YET the listing yesterday and today, 3/23/24, still shows available. at 14:16 Host stated she received a booking TODAY 3/23/24 and booked it and now has taken the listing down.SEE ALSO MADDIEB’s review of VRBO and delayed bookings with resulting paying for two.

I had a model Y. But since that ketamine addicted Boss seems to become completely out of his mind i sold it for almost a scrap price. Also there was no moment of driverfun without errors or other defects. I guess Tesla can cancel it's production in Europe. Nobody with any common sense wants to support that 2 mental patiënts.
