New laptop, Shame to Dell with such low quality service!!!!

I am using Dell for the last 15 years and this will be the last time purchasing their product. Very poor quality serviced, they just wasted my 3 hours time with my new purchased laptop on how to renew the McAfee and at the end they said here's the McAfee phone # contact them. These hired people in India hang-up the phone 3 times on purpose since they din't know how to do a simple basic thing. It's a shame for Dell with such low quality service!!!!!!!

I wish i could give this 0 stars - this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. The laptop they shipped me was broken. At first, I was okay with a replacement order, but then the order was going to be delayed for more than a month so I canceled the order. But despite my wish, they still shipped the laptop to me so I had to call to return it (because apparently, I cannot do this online). I called to return the order, but the shipping label was not emailed to me within the 2-day time frame they gave me (even though last time the replacement order shipping label came within in day!). I called again multiple times and the call was dropped multiple times, even the latter times when I informed them of this problem and asked the agents to take care not to drop the call. I am still waiting on my shipping label as of now - this is an urgent issue for me due to moving, but Dell does not seem to understand and seems to be withholding from helping me return the laptop and get my refund. Horrible experience and hours wasted being put on hold - I will never buy from Dell again and I will be sure to warn everyone I know how terribly unreliable Dell customer order support is.

Atrocious Customer Service

Bought a Latitude laptop along with other dell accessories in June. From day one the fan made so much noise. I called a few times but the noise kept reoccurring. December it got so bad that it was hard to work with the fan continuously on. Well from having an engineer come out twice, first time to change the fan, which didn't solve the problem and the next day to change the the mother board. Even that didn't work. The engineer walk out shocked and concerned, his exact words 'this is not a cheap laptop its should not be doing this all all, get a refund'. So I started the process of getting a refund. Only to be passed on and one lady at guided me to wipe my laptop, all the time I kept saying to her the noise is still there, she even said that she could hear it. Working from home and now left without a laptop. How insensitive. I finally managed to get a refund approved 3 weeks later. I was told to send the whole order back. Everything in a box and sent back. 2 weeks later no email or acknowledgment that they have received the laptop and other accessories. Eagerly waiting for the refund so I can buy another laptop. I get an amount in my account, but its only for the laptop and not the rest of the order. Once again I phone up and a lady no compassion at all, promised she will send an email this needed to be raised to another level. No email. (not the first time promises have been made by their staff and not adhered to). no w going in Jan in a few days and only a partial refund. No apology. No care. Well as soon as i get my money. I wont ever be buying a Dell laptop or anything for me or my company! Dell you seriously need to improve your customer service and teach your staff compassion and empathy. They are rude and their attitude is disgraceful.

DON’T BUY FROM DELL!

Bough a new AIO PC costing £1,200 and within a few days the internal speakers stopped working. Spent over 3 hours on the phone to Dell technical support who started to try and get me to do the same things as a couple hours ago. At that point I said I’m done and no!They arranged for an engineer to come out and fix the issue and a few days later got a text to say they were coming today between 9am-1pm. I waited home all day and no one turned up so I phoned to say where are you and it turns out they didn’t have any replacement speakers and so were never planning on coming!My experience with Dell has been dreadful and would never buy anything from them again!

Good Bye Dell - you suck

I was so ready to pull the trigger on a Dell even though I am not happy with the laptop I have - it is way to slow starting. But I've always liked the customer service, etc. I don't know what the heck happened to this company but I can't even get someone on the phone who can sell me a laptop that fits what I need (a fast processor and larger CPU - not more RAM). They are terrible. I got disconnected from the chat TWICE. Then decided to call them but got disconnected again and the "small business sales agent" kept saying that I needed more RAM. He didn't listen to me. We are a cloud based company. I don't story ANYTHING on my laptop. They are kindergarteners disguised as "small business agents". I am buying a macbook. Good Bye Dell

THE WORSET DON`T EVER ORDER FROM THEM EVEN IF THE PRICE IS AMAZING , WORSET CUSTOMER SERVICE. ORDERDED SINCE OCT AND IT HAS BEEN DELAYED TILL JAN AND THEN AT THE END OF DEC THEY CANCELLED IT FOR NO REASON FROM MY END CLAIMING THAT IT HAS NEVER BEEN IN STOCK FROM THE BEGINING , I MISSED SO MANY DEALS ON BLACK FRIDAY AND CYBERMONDAY AND MANY FLASH OFFERS. CUSTOMER IS THE WORSET THEY DON`T CARE ABOUT YOUR ISSUE AND IT`S A WASTE OF MONEY AND SO STRESSFUL.

My experience with dell has been…

My experience with dell has been horrific. I purchased a Dell Inspiron 17 3000 laptop about a month ago and had to wait weeks for the computer to ship in. When I first got the laptop it had issues with the battery and the computer was not charging at all and the battery was defected the first day I got it. I tried contacting customer support but all they did was make me talk to a bot which didnt help at all. I wanted to talk to someone but they couldn't get me to talk to anyone. They finally told me to download whatsapp and message an agent there. The agent could not help me at all and just asked the same questions like the bot did. So overall the customer service at dell was horrible. I decided to get a refund on this laptop and call dell again. When I called dell they finally got someone for me to talk to. The lady tried to make me get an exchange but I told her that I enacted a full refund. She said that I had to wait 2 weeks for them to process the refund which is so long. Finally, after two weeks I have received my full refund. After my experience with fell u can say that the $650 laptop was not worth it and that I will never buy any product from dell every again. I strongly don't recommend buying dell laptops.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Don’t abide by the warranty at all. Everytime I call I get sent to another person, no one can answer any of my questions. Tried to replace my laptop that I got only 2 months ago that keeps showing a blank screen in the middle of me working. Please stay away from these products it’s not worth it

Expensive poor overheating products, bad customer service

I purchased a G5 desktop in May 2020 (Now December 2020) and have just noticed the poor build quality in this product. From buying something from Dell you would have thought that it is a well known brand that you would be getting top quality. The computer promises high frame rates and optional upgrades when you want however the computer runs hot and you cannot upgrade anything as they slam a proprietary motherboard in it which renders it impossible to do so.I have reached out to their help line many times because of this and they are unwilling to help and do not listen and keep sending me the same performance tests to perform on my computer rather than listening to my actual complaints. They will not give a refund on this as nothing is actually broken it's just an extremely poor quality computer which overheats when playing games when it is advertised as a gaming computer.It is also very telling that on their website it is impossible to leave reviews on their products but for some reason they have 1,500 good reviews. I also brought a laptop back in 2013 with Dell and had the same experience with them then when the laptop kept beeping extremely loud and they did not want to know then, so this is the last time I'm ever buying Dell.
