Good in parts

I have had F-Secure for a few years now and it has been effective.I decided to set up online banking and despite my best efforts I was thwarted by F-Secure. I contacted them but found myself confused and confounded by the help and support which really made me abandon my online banking facility.

A customer for over 5 years and now…

A customer for over 5 years and now looking for alternatives.Today on December 10th, 2024 contacted AT&T about my cellular bill with a discrepancy about a charge. Recently, I had upgraded my wife’s phone at our local store in Elizabethtown, KY. I was already frustrated when I was finally seen because although I had got an appointment online, the store was not managing appointments and walk-in’s were being taken before me. I was seen 30 minutes later than my appointment. The gentlemen did well to defuse the situation and I ended up leaving with an iPhone 16 plus and iPad.Today I checked my billing to go over all the fees. The iPhone bundle that I opted allowed those who purchased the new IPhone 6 Pro to receive an IPAD for 99 cents a month. The bill I have reflects a price that was three times as much.Originally we were going to get the iPhone 6 Pro; however, the sales associate stated that the one we wanted was not in stock but the brought the iPhone 6 Plus out and informed me that the deal was the same.Flash forward back to today. Customer service looked up my deal. And no they will not honor the deal. The store told misinformed me. And they could only offer apologies.This shows me that they have zero accountability and offer very little remedy discrepancies.

I had just purchased a subscription to McAfee security and was not able to download it. So I called tech support he started criticizing my brand new Hewlett-Packard computer running Windows 11 and then had to apologize and save the error was at their end! Why would I even want to trust or think that this company is capable? I have never been spoken to so rudely by anybody offshore! Yes McAfee doesn't hire Americans he hires offshore personnel! I will never ever ever use McAfee again. Well it's not like I used it at all because I wasn't able to download it because of an error on their end! Speaks volumes

Superb work, undertaken with great consideration

David Parker Plastering, Morecambe. It was only a small repair job, but David gave it the care and consideration that he would have given to a larger project. He came to assess the work and estimate the cost when he said he would, ( always a plus if you have to wait in for someone.) David undertook the work very quickly for me, an excellent job done, and all tidied away, at the price he quoted. Thank you David.

THE PERSON SPOKEN TO IN CHAT DID NOT READ WHAT I ASKED HELP FOR

Twice with two separate items I was asked for a password which I didn't have as I don't have the internet at home or on my.... 2G,... non internet phone. I arranged for the second delivery attempt to have be sent by NON DATA SMS, this was in the only chat I had on 3/7/24. I was told I will get the SMS but I only got a text with a link, after I clearly said in the chat on 3/7/24 that I don't have the internet on my phone. I had to wait till near a library to use the library internet, only to find out it had been sent in email on the day instead. I already said I don't have the internet at home. THE CHAT ADVISER DIDNT LISTENED TO ME!!..HOW CAN I RELY ON AN AMAZON SERVICE WITHOUT PROPER COMMUNICATION, I only needed a PASSWORD ....IN PLAIN TEXT IN THE TEXT .... I will use an alternative online shopping service (for those who choose to use the library internet only) what a waste of time for me and your sub contracted delivery on those delivery attempts.

B&Q Cheethamhill Manchester Fort, is a F-kin aweful place, after charging my Debit card a member of staff chased outside to inform me I hadn’t after showing my back account and the money going out, I returned inside toPay again and resolve it to be told off some randome worker she guaranteed it wouldn’t of gone out etc anyway big argument and after being insulted off the Woman I asked to speak to Dave G the manager who’s in a meeting, 5days on and still no phone call to resolve it.? It’s no wonder the place is a mess

Absolutely Avoid Samsung Products – Overpriced Garbage with Built-In Expiration Dates!I’ll never buy another Samsung product again, and I strongly advise everyone to stay far away. Both my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G and Q95T 65-inch TV turned into expensive paperweights right after their warranties expired—almost like Samsung plans for them to fail.Note!!! All products were bought directly from Samsung The phone started having bizarre issues: random charging errors claiming water was detected in the charging port, despite it never being exposed to water. Then came the infamous green line issue, a well-known Samsung defect. Their “solution”? Pay $350 to fix their own manufacturing fault! A $1,800 phone lasted only 2.5 years—what an absolute joke.The TV was no better. A so-called “top-tier” Q95T model, costing a staggering $5,000, came with a 3-year warranty. A few months after the warranty expired, the screen started flickering like a strobe light. Remembering the 10-year panel warranty, I contacted Samsung support—only to be told it “only covers dead pixels,” and flickering isn’t included. Are you kidding me? On top of that, they wanted $200 just for a technician to look at it.and I would have to pay for any parts + repair fees . Absolute jock!!!Samsung products are overpriced, unreliable, and backed by deceptive warranty policies. They lure you in with premium price tags and flashy marketing, only to leave you high and dry when their products inevitably fail.Save your money. Buy from brands that actually stand by their products. Samsung is pure trash.

My experience with HP UK

I purchased what I thought it would a trusted laptop but I was wrong. It was a brand new HP with 32gb of mem that came with an uitra 7 processor. HP laptops are solidly built but the notebook I got was a real lemon. The battery life was less than half of what was advertised on the official site. The test was simple and no apps were running in the background. The sound and graphics were amazing but the notebook froze on a regular basis. What was more worrying is that while files were being transfered, the notebook would decide to shut down by itself. Normally specific reviews should relate to specific models and because these are only found in in more than 1 or 2 countries, this review is based on experience using the UK. I observed an extremely poor customer service and it appears there is noone who is able to deal with any complaints. It is unbelievable a company of that size has no complaints department. The affected pc was returned and a full refund was issued. If I could leave a review with zero that would be a true reflection of my experience with HP. I talked to many employees there and only a sigle person stood out. I will not mention him by name here. I am totally dissatisfied with HP in the UK and the way they handle complaints (they simply do not).Maybe consumers in other countries do have a better experience with the firm. I would like to end on a different note which is not exlcusive to HP products. If you are allowed to return products using a cooling off window, think hard what happens to that product. Ideally it would be seen as a second hand or refurbish good but this is not how firms work today; from own experience these products are cleaned and sold on as brand new again. So, if you purchase a product, any product, the recommendation is to thoroughly inspect it. I had this when my parcel came in but the product was probably cleaned and repacked that fooled me or it was a badly and faulty product or both.

I use so long. Before this free storage. I save all file there bcoz i dont have thumb drive. Just open 2020... all my file gone delete forever. No warning. Cannot restore. Now they charge monthly high fee.Come all the world... Leave this company. Better save in Google Drive free storage permanent forever.
