Defective laptop and terrible customer service

We bought a Dell Laptop couple of months ago and it does not work! Computer shuts down, it becomes pixelated and the font gets blurry! They refused to take it back and finally sent someone to fix it and it still DOES NOT WORK!!!!! We have had Dells before and were happy with the product but after spending countless hours with customer service, repairmen and tech support it still does not work! I just spent over an hour with a tech and they can't fix it. I will never buy a Dell again!!!!

The Dell Customer Service is terrible

The Dell Customer Service is terrible. I'm not sure what country they are from but they not only are not helpful but they will lie just to get you off the phone.I purchased a new laptop with a docking station. It was the wrong docking station but I didn't know it until I hooked it up to the computer. Problem is the laptop was delivered 30 days after receipt of the docking station so they told me I could not exchange it because it was past 30 days. That is horrible. Buy a different computer - I will the next time!

Avoid like COVID !!

Ordered my laptop and really struggled to communicate with the Sales assistant. The confirmation email was not sent as promised. I tried to chase up the order but was unable to track the order because I never had the order number(because the email wasn’t sent) Numerous calls later , all of which were with people that could barely speak English, I was notified that it had been delivered to the wrong address. All because the Agent could not even log my address correctly whilst taking the order. The Laptop even had half of the charging cable missing. I tried to call again, but gave up halfway through the call due to not being able to understand the person at the other end.I have used this Company for years, but never again. They have lost their heart, and clearly all the English speaking staff. I absolutely suggest you take your business elsewhere, as will I in future. Useless !!

Absolutely appalled by the “customer…

Absolutely appalled by the “customer service” if you can even call it that. I have spent 15 days trying to RETURN my brand new Dell laptop that literally doesn’t work. $1400! All the agents were extremely rude, couldn’t figure out HOW to return or exchange my laptop and would just hang up. The rudest service I have ever experienced. I have bought Dell for as long as I remember. Not any more. DELL PLEASE FIX your service.

Very bad costumers service

Very bad costumers service, they don't explane what happen, just hang on you. Orders are showing in stock, but acctually is back up order and wait more 2 months to receive the ithem.

Will Never Buy a Dell Product Again.

Will Never Buy a Dell Product Again.Ordered 2 monitors as Christmas presents in Nov 2020, they still have not arrived.The Dell 'Customer Care' merry-go-around is just hell and seems to be designed to wear the customer down and just go away!No one has been able to explain where my goods are. I keep getting told the situation has been escalated to a supervisor and expect a call back, but no call is ever received.

Shocking Customer Liason

Ordered new Machine before xmas. Order confirmed email recieved. When I log in with confirmation number says it will be despatched 7 January yet I have no order number and the site says they haven't even started making it. So I phone as suggested, overseas guy cant speak English says someone will ring me back; That was a day ago, so despite order being a week old I have no idea if it is even in the pipeline. My first and only experience with Dell service, when my XPS arrives [if it ever does] I will return it and ask for refund on principle. HP and ACER leave these clowns for dead with customer service.

I wish i could give 0 starsTrying go purchase a laptop - spent 3hrs on the phone with a bunch of Indian guys without nay result. They don't give a damn about their work, one was hands down rude and hang up on me, another said they have "bad connection" and askedme to call back again and wait another 30 mins on the line.Eventually i gave up. Probably it's good that happened reading all the reviews belowKeep away from Dell as from the fire

Worst customer service ever

Purchased product online. Not delivered on date promised. Their system reported as if delivered. I called the customer service who told me they have delivered the product over and over. They waiting time is ridiculous. No real effort to help. They probably delivered the product to wrong address. They ask me to report to police or ask for my neighbours. Which is not actually deliverd. I called at another time and this time I was offered for refund. I agreed for the refund but told to wait for 10 to 15 days. Really disappointing

Support sucks.

Support sucks.Recently purchased a new XPS system. Wanted to find out boot options (CDROM, External USB stick) and no one within support organization can provide proper guidance. Outsourcing has its limitations. They want me to pay for third party software support rather than providing me with bios setup routine to activate CDROM as boot device. What a shame, used to be great organization.
