Dell customer support is absolutely horrible!!!!! I sent my computer in for repair more than 2 months ago after only having it less than 6 months because of hard drive issues. Customer support is obviously not located in the US so there is a major language barrier which is the cause of a great deal of miscommunications. I have called Dell every other week for the passed two months and each time I was told that I would get a call back from the technician who is working in my computer so they can tell me in detail what is going on but not once since returning the product has anyone reached out to me. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE A DELL PRODUCT AGAIN!!
