Dell Sold Me A Bad Laptop.

Dell sold me a refurbished laptop two years ago and the screen immediately began to glitch. Dell then replaced the screen with another faulty screen. Within a year of the repair it has broken again. Dell says because warranty is over they will not replace it. Dell sold me a bad computer and never fixed it. Buyer beware of Dell

I ordered a 3500.00 Alienware desktop…

I ordered a 3500.00 Alienware desktop for my son over a month before Christmas. I didn't get a single email telling me where the computer was during any step of the process until it shipped. The second I got the email I checked the tracking and found out they were shipping it to my old address. I ordered a laptop from the several years prior when I lived in Northern New York but changed my address info with the new order. I called support to tell them about the mix up and was told they would reroute the order only to find out 7hrs later it was delivered anyways. After several hours on the phone with people that barely spoke English I ended up having to drive 10hrs to go pick up the computer..... they never answered me back now I don't know if it's a company problem or third world call centers but I'm beyond disappointed.

Worst online purchase experience

Worst online purchase experience. Ordered online a monitor and was told that the monitor would be delivered by January 13th. Once order was placed they changed the delivery time twice. It's January 18th and still the monitor is showing "In Production". Delivery date has been changed to January 27th but not sure if I can receive even by that date. Once you place an order you can't cancel the order no matter how unhappy you are with their service. Would advise to stay away from DELL.

Dell really kept this secret

Dell really kept this secret. They sold me a Chromebook in full knowledge that Google was about to disable most printers using chromebooks by ceasing Cloud. Support is non-existant.If you by any outside chance, ever want to print anything at all from your laptop, it's not going to be from a Chromebook

Appalling Tech Support

I have a brand new Dell XPS 9500 that was delivered on December 30 without software that I paid Dell $425 for. After ten (10) days of interacting with Dell Tech Support, including multiple on-line sessions, they won't even tell me when they "might be" able to solve their problem.

Wouldn’t even give 1*

Wouldn’t even give 1*, but that’s not an option.Ordered 2 laptops on the 17th September that I was told was in stock for Christmas presents. When checking delivery I was advised it would be November. Chased frequently until 18th December to be told not available! Said they’d refund my money, still haven’t being told can’t cancel shipment now!DO NOT USE! I feel I’ve be robbed.

Dell Customer Service Stealing Customer Information

I called Dell Customer Support about a new Dell laptop. The laptop kept overheating. The customer service rep, Mike, proceeded to share my computer, compromised my data and tried ordering gift cards for himself for Best Buy and Amazon. Fortunately I was able to cancel both his purchases and change my passcodes. I called Dell to report it to Dell security. They took the information, but did not really seem concerned!

Inspiron 17 3793 - NEVER BUY

I am beyond frustrated with Dell and the recent support of their systems. At my work we have had 3 Dell Inspirons 3793 units. All of which have had an identical problem where the screen goes black for no apparent reason, then 1-15 minutes later comes back as if nothing was wrong. All 3 units were built months apart. Countless hours have been spent trying to correct the problem—repair technician visits, support phone and left wondering when it will just quit working. I don't trust this machine and it's not even 30 days old! When will #Dell own up to the fact that there's a problem with the Inspiron 3793 model? I tried to leave a review—but that's not an option on their site. I'm tired of the Merry Go Round ... I need a reliable model that just won't go black. Return it for a refund or exchange it ... I just don't want it.

Lemon XPS and Customer DisService

I purchased an XPS13 three years ago. The touch screen started to delaminate at 1.8 years in, and then the power button refused to work. Renewed my warranty and sent machine in for repair. They replaced the motherboard and screen (not the power button). Just shortly after my warranty expired and exactly 1 month to the day after I received the laptop back, the motherboard crashed. I have spent almost 4 hours trying to talk to someone who 1) speaks fluent english and 2) knows something about the process for getting a repair (after purchasing the $39 diagnostic fee). What they provide is NOT customer service. I've had dell machines for years. Never Again.
