Order 38521676-0005 :1/ Three days the order was promised to be delivered; failed, nothing happened 2/ I have been trying to clarify the status : the last explanation was ‘no place at the car was available’ ; I was amazed as the box was really small3/ The delivery was pre-paid, despite on my questions, no attempts were suggested to improve the delivery as the suggested date was out of my availability. The order was canceled as I could not receive it on time.4/ I was really amazed with the online support, as I was abused by operator Yana of ‘cheating’.. & I was said that if you do not like something ‘you can receive !your money! back’. Oh, thank you, so “kind and generous”)Resume :1/ I pre-paid the order with agreed delivery and, finally, needed to justify myself not knowing what for and why. Btw, I have premium account which was paid separately. With these regards, I do not understand the advantage of the premium account at all!2/ OZON has clear problem with the quality aspects as the online support is responsible for claim process..this is to be separated.I hope the other orders would not be so complicated!!! I am highly disappointed.

I typically prefer to keep negative reviews to myself as a choice, but I couldn't help writing this one. So I tried to cancel my subscription and I was told that I must call to cancel for security reasons. Now, I have an idea of risks, and I do not see any such security risks or concerns that exist at cancellation, that didn't exist, even more so during subscription. Rather, I only see an effort to make cancellation of existing subscriptions difficult and force subscribers to stay. Therefore, I think it is rather disingenuous and a very poor service to have an available service for SEAMLESS online subscriptions, but then have a compulsory requirement to make a call (with applicable charges) to cancel an existing subscription.I honestly do not know why actions such as this are not termed illegal. As I write this, I have not been able to reach the contact number I was asked to call, not to mention that I have do make this call internationally considering where I live. All I can say is, if you are planning to subscribe, note this little detail before you go further.

I also conducted exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns and gained a solid foundation in statistical analysis, including hypothesis testing and regression.Despite the challenges, I persevered and created a portfolio of projects that I’m proud of. If l could give a 0 l would we had a soundbar and subwoofer which went wrong was under warranty made numerous phone calls most of the time was hard to understand them they asked for video to be sent which we did they said they could open it because it had a password we didn’t put any password on we got absolutely no where with them they are useless we went and bought a Bose which is fantastic l would say do not buy anything from Samsung and there warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on

Kroger pick up is terrible. They never get a order right. They offer substitutes and never give them to you. Employees are unhelpful. Store is always dirty. Isles are always blocked. I want the brands I shop and seldom do I get them. Kroger products are terrible. I will never shop Kroger again.

Neither the platform nor the host for a Helsinki flat costing over 180euros per night announced that the check in was only possibly until 10pm! We arrived from the airport at 2am and found a message from that morning (while we were flying) that the check in was only possible until 10pm and were left in the -12c cold with small children in a foreign country without shelter. We took the first hotel we found available and paid 330euros for that night. The host washed her hands and said she couldn’t do anything and took zero responsibility for this gross negligence of not disclosing critical information. The platform also washed their hands and blamed me for not “following the rules” when the “rules” were only informed to me a few hours before the check in opened and while I was traveling without internet. I tried to fight my case and they refunded me less than a third of my costs incurred due to their negligence. Not only that, we got a bad cold due to standing in the freezing weather and we ended up going to sleep at 4am. We missed the 9am tour on our only day in Helsinki and also we spent the entire holidays with a bad cold. I highly recommend to never book with them. Awful negligent unprofessional and inconsiderate experience. They will ruin your trip and beyond.
