Dell totally screw up. made 2 purchases and dell does not want to give the rewards earned, they used the wrong email then said the reward was opened after the sale, i have the email to prove that rewards was set up first. then went to make a purchase and was told i would receive 10% off for my trouble which never happed. 5 hour calling to get nowhere, hagh up on,trans to wrong dept and so on. what was a good company now has no customer service. all the invoices do not have any emails on them, no emails received on purchases, it is only dell lies so they do not have to give the rewards
