Awful after sale servie

Philips used to have a stellar customer service, unfortunately it is far from being the case now!I'm a huge fan of their sonicare diamond clean toothbrushes, unfortunately, while the product is excellent at the beggining it breaks all the time! These toothbrushes have a maximum of a two year life span and when you know the price of it, it is ridiculous! Philips used to replace easily the broken products and to reconduct warranty on the new products. No longer the case! My replacement started acting weirdly after only a year and a half, the toothbrush is noisy, unefficient and start vibrating and waking up everybody in the vicinity on his own in the middle of the night! When I contacted them to obtain a repair or a replacement as I have an email from them saying that my warranty was reconduct they refused to do anything and just offered to buy a new one with the promo they are offering to every customers. It is a shame. You can;t position yourself as a luxury brand and the best toothbrush on the market and offer a customer service that is so bad. I would recommend to avoid their products at all costs if you are not willing to buy a new one every year!

Bought the Sonicare toothbrush had a few problems with it not working ended up going back to the store to exchange a few times now it’s not working at all and they are basically telling me nothing they can. Spend £150 on something that keeps on braking! I am fuming and disgusted with customer service. I have asked for the complaints email address and they can’t even provide you with this information!

Worst service ever!

Bought an oled tv last year and now it got broken and they told me i will get a new one!The problem is i am waiting for delivery since over 2 and a half week to come from Holland to Denmark! When i call them they cant even track it or do much to help! Now that Christmas is coming i dont have any hope on geting it!When i asked them if i can have my money back as they past their delivery date they sayd no they cant and neither they can offer a compensation as a voucher or what ever! I hate it wish i never got a Phillips Tv!

Bought oneblade

Bought oneblade. The product is great, when I bought my son one it came in with a broken blade and customer service from Philips were I purchased it gave me a hour of hoops, so I told them that I just buy a blade for it instead of this frustrating customer service. They asked for a review which was totally honest and basically said they don’t put up anything negative reviews on there site.

products not decent

I bought 2 Philips espresso/coffee machines and both are now defect.- Senseo Sarista (price: 300 euro). Defect after 3 years.- Philips 3000 series, HD8824/01 (price: 300 euro). Defect after 2.5 years.Warranty is 2 years, so in both cases I had no rights whatsoever. I contacted Philips about this, but they did not want to repair for free.They could not tell me how much the repair was gonna cost me. If I agreed to repair, then I had to pay 2 times for the shipment (15 euro) and 35 euro investigation costs. Of course I did not agree with that cause in the worst case scenario the repair costs would be to high and then I lost 50 euro and still have a defect product.They gave me an other option as well and that was a 40% discount coupon. Sounds reasonable, but I will explain why it’s not so great. First of all you have to use that coupon in their own webshop. They use mainly suggested retail prices (so it’s way overpriced). Second of all, it only counts for items in stock. Guess what, only 10% of all products are in stock. Even if you find a product for a decent price, then you should ask yourself why buy another Philips product if it’s lifetime is only 2-3 years where the customer service fails if their products are broken. In my case, I will never buy any Philips products again. Please be careful!

its the worst customer service I have ever dealt with

As it won’t allow me to give negative stars or even zero star Philips is the worst customer service I have ever come across I have bought a Philips tv from Costco and when I opened it the remote was already peeling so I reported it to Costco where I have 90 days money back but it make sense just to replace the remote so I was transferred to Philips which they said it’s not a fault and will not be replaced or under warranty after spending nearly an hour twice on the phone where the customer service assistant had to put me on hold every time I ask a question about the procedure or what’s next Then when I complained to Costco they contacted Philips which then they said they have inspected a similar remote they had and it’s fine For a simple issue like that Philips has refused to sort so God knows if I have a more serious issue will I be covered ?!?!?That’s the first time I bought a Philips product and definitely will be the last

My last mail to Philips…

This is my last mail to Philips Customer ServiceDear Customer Support,Thank you for your usual 48hrs reply.I knew this will not going to resolve my ongoing problem, so after my last mail to you,I have bought a New MONITOR on Tuesday.In my view, repair of seven month old monitor should have been authorised at very first instance.I have wasted six weeks without monitor, number of calls, usual 48 hours noreply email, could NOT use my computer, my work has piled up andI can NO longer wait for another 10 to 15 days.SO PLEASE CLOSE THIS CASE, I HAVE ACCEPTED A SMALL(£109) LOSS, BUTI HOPE YOU DO NOT GIVE THIS KIND SERVICE TO OTHER CUSTOMER.Good Bye and Good Luck.Nalin Patel
