In March 2021 I have ordered an Iron Annie Amazonas watch, as a gift for my wife.The watch arrived later than promised, and when I opened it, it was broken. It took about 10 days to receive a replacement.2 months later, Otto have changed my payment terms. Originally I paid with PayPal, but now they refuse to accept it. They are forcing, harassing and threatening me to pay via a bank transfer.They don't accept PayPal, yet they advertise PayPal payments everywhere on the website.I curse the day that I decided to become an Otto customer.I have never received worse customer service in Germany. It is hard to believe that such terrible attitude is possible.If you value your time, money and well-being, avoid Otto at all costs!

As I commented before in the previous query, the service of the Customer Ambassador is just fine, very concrete and with good knowledge. My complaint is with the written information, which sometimes is not clear, very large, and difficult to comprehend. This leads to withdrawal of the instructions and stop procedures. I subscribe to rankCoach which came to me first to my renewal of subscription and therefore I thought that I had renewed but what I mistakenly did was to buy a rankigCoach system which I do not understand.

The phone I am using is a Galaxy A14 that I have been using since November 23rd from R Company of Canada. It has not been a year since I used it, but there was a problem with the charging system. Of course, it is currently under warranty.So I contacted R Company around August. They said it was not their responsibility, but Samsung's responsibility. So I contacted Samsung on August 12th, and they told me to go to Mobile Kilink, a repair shop in Scarborough Town Center.The first shop I visited said that they replaced some parts, which I do not know. However, the problem was not solved. I went to this shop twice more after that. The problem was still not solved.I have been in constant contact with Samsung since then. I also visited the Samsung direct service center inside Yorkdale Mall in Toronto twice. They did not find any problem.Finally, I sent the device to another Samsung direct repair shop as instructed by Samsung, but it was not repaired.After reporting this to Samsung and visiting the repair shop, I took pictures of the charging system problem and sent them, and I wanted to replace the device, but they made some ridiculous excuses and said they couldn't replace it.Samsung is one of the largest companies in Korea and I used to think they were a trustworthy company. However, this incident has made me very disappointed in Samsung.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Melvs at HP (supervisor) said he will email me when my order can be placed. He said later today 5/16/24. Because I will not pay another $1 fee. Melvs said he can’t process a refund for the payment taken. Melvs said the money wouldn’t come out because there’s no order to attached the payment to. But it was taken on 5/10/24. I have proof! First order on 5/9/24 was not done but $1 was taken from my card. I called back on 5/10 since I didn’t get an email confirmation of the order. That person sent me an email with the reference ID. I was told on 5/10, the 1st order for a replacement would be delivered on 5/15/24. How could they know that if it wasn’t placed? The email I recieved on 5/10 gave me a reference ID to what then? The order was placed on 5/9/24 with case a number created. Calls are recorded so someone can listen to them! They are liars! Why didn’t anyone call to tell me about the order issues? Why wasn’t it placed? I have to pay to print at the library due to this issue. The printer was having a paper jam as soon as I set it up. HP sent me a faulty printer to begin with. I will never purchase another product from HP. This was my 1st experience and last. It was AWFUL!

Terrible customer support. I've been locked out of my account for weeks now, because it won't take my updated identification documents, and it's impossible to get a hold of anyone on their customer support phone line. Email response is slow and the conversation has been going in circles--clearly an automated AI bot response, telling me to do things I've already done and am trying to tell them I've already done.But when the service works, it works well. I used them for years without incident before this, though I may leave them now.

Pretty sure a lot of the reviews on here are for similar sounding software but who knows, I guess.Not had any issues along the lines of some of the more vitriolic reviews but maybe I just got lucky.I've used Adblock Plus & Adblock Plus Premium for years now & whilst it's not always 100% ALL the time, I couldn't imagine browsing the internet without it.I've even had my whole family install it on all their devices with no problems to date.So I suppose it's a case of 'lick it & see' - everyone I know swears by it and apart from the occasional issue (I'm looking at you, YouTube!) with certain sites, it's all good.
