THE WORST COMPANY ON EARTH

THE WORST COMPANY ON EARTH! I have been a business customer with 5 lines from AT&T for over 20 years. In the last several years I have been over charged numerous times with very suspect charges. They changed my plan on me without telling me and my bill was much larger. I have spent countless hours on the phone attempting with AT&T trying to resolve these issues. When I say countless I mea 6 hours + in one day. No one has time for that! They are MASTERS of the transfer, meaning they will claim they can't help you and transfer you to the next person. My most recent bill had sneaky charges for services I NEVER received. They are an extremely deceptive company! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND them to anyone! Unless you love being completely frustrated and wasting hours of your life and getting no answers- STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM AT&TI happily moved to T-MOBILE and they have been great. It cost me money to move but it has totally been worth it. Good Luck.

Had a booking arranged for 10am but no one called, so half an hour later I called them. My advisor was taken off work due to personal issues but I was assured I would be called by the supervisor. Within seconds of hanging up the supervisor, Jerly, called and she was very helpful.She managed to sort out all the issues I had and was very friendly. What started as a stressful situation was soon resolved. Thank you Jerly for all your help.

The subscription to save video expired

The subscription to save video expired. When I tried to renew it, an error kept popping up that my payment method would not work. There was nothing wrong with the payment method. We were finally told that my husband's driver's license and date of birth needed to be submitted. We contacted Google and kept receiving a canned response that they needed his info. The camera quality isn't that great and now with this issue, we're done. Looking for something less troublesome. If negative stars were possible, I would.

No customer service, crazy payment processing times

Where to start? Can't reach a live person by phone after 5 attempts. And they don't return multiple voicemails and emails. As a landlord, my tenants pay me on the 1st on time and it takes Zillow an average of 6-7 days on average to get the money to my bank account. In this day and age, it doesn't take that long to process million dollar transactions. Where is my money for all that time? I'm guessing, making Zillow interest. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible.

Avoid at all costs!Bought tickets to see Guys and Dolls which unfortunately is during the proposed tube strikes next week and I live too far away to make it to the theatre. I called the theatre who was happy to rebook my tickets for free, but because I had purchased them through Time Out to get a "deal" -had to go through them to try to sort it out. I tried ringing the TimeOut office whose recording said that they only answered emails. I emailed them twice but still no reply. I learned my lesson the hard way- to never use this company again. Next time I'll book directly with the theatre company.

samsung RB38T636DB1 fridge freezer AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Bought a samsung RB38T636DB1 fridge freezer which makes the most horrendous noise and they tell me it is a perfectly normal noise so i have to pay to get it fixed, so now im stuck with a £930 pile of crap that i have to turn off whenever i am home! I will never buy anything from samsung again!!

Peppercombe Bothy

We have a little Bothy, here in Peppercombe, on the North Devon coast, its nothing more than a, damp, stone building, with a sink, two wooden raised platforms to put an airbed, sleep mat etc on, and an outside loo. Last year, this very basic accommodation, could be yours for £40 per night, and for one night only. This year, the NT, have the audacity, to ask £100 for two nights, with no one night option. I only live five miles away from this bothy and have stayed in it on many occasions and believe me, it is basic and nowhere near worth the money they're asking, for example, not once has the bothy been cleaned, checked etc, between bookings and on a few occasions I've sorted out issues myself. I carry out work for the NT as a sub-contractor and see first hand the way things are run, and if I had left a legacy to them, I'd be turning in my grave. Unfortunately, these price hikes are necessary to compensate for the incompetency, of those that run the trust. A trustpilot rating of 2.1 for the so called 'custodians' of so much of our heritage, speaks volumes. They're getting no more of my money.

Ordering Kroger on line for curb side…

Ordering Kroger on line for curb side pickup is not a enjoyable experience. I have several times and I have had problems each and every time. When I contact customer service they rarely get back to me and if by chance they do they offer no help or at least not the help that is needed to resolve my problem. I have tried to be fair in that things happen but time after time well that's enough for me. Kroger shows no concern when I present them with a problem, there is no effort to help me, and I will never use the curb side service again. Waste of time!

They make you wait one week before you can transfer crypto

They make you wait 24hrs after setting up the account before you can buy anything what Coinbase call a 'cooling off period', okay that's annoying, but fair enough. Then you buy some crypto and try to transfer to another account and Coinbase want you to wait one week!! before you can do that! What a joke sort of business is this? You don't have access to your crypto funds anymore and of course they tell you this after you make the purchase, not before! Do not trust this business, it's rip off!
