Confused I looked closer and that racial slur is the word AMENYes as if today in the UK, a Christian country the word AMEN is deemed a racial slur by facebook? WARNING: AT&T’s Fraud Department is Useless – Beware of Unauthorized ChargesFor over five months, I’ve been battling AT&T to remove fraudulent charges from my account, and their customer service has been nothing short of a disaster.September 14, 2024: I received a text about a phone order I never placed. I called immediately, and AT&T assured me the order was canceled and that I wouldn’t be charged.October & November: My bill increased instead of staying the same. After more than 20 calls and chats, multiple reps reassured me it would be adjusted. It never was.November 18: I filed a fraud claim with AT&T’s Global Fraud Management team. They confirmed receipt—only to cancel my claim a month later with no explanation.December - February: Despite more calls and more promises, my bill skyrocketed to $286.77. AT&T still charged me for a fraudulent order they had already admitted should have been canceled.AT&T’s fraud protection is a complete failure. They close cases without resolution, refuse to let customers speak directly with fraud specialists, and tell customer service agents there’s “nothing they can do.” When I asked about canceling my account, I was told I’d still be forced to pay for the fraudulent phone I never ordered.I’ve had to fight for months just to get my bill adjusted, and AT&T continues to make this as difficult as possible.If you have AT&T, check your bill carefully every month. If you spot unauthorized charges, don’t count on AT&T to fix it. File complaints with the FCC and BBB immediately, and don’t let them trap you with fraudulent charges.AT&T should be ashamed for treating loyal customers this way.

Academia.edu has become unusable

Academia.edu has become unusable. In 2010 it was really nice research tool. Today I've downloaded three papers and it took five hours altogether - when the website doesn't crash, it crashes the browser (3 different ones); on both two six month old mobile phones and a brand new advanced Linux laptop. The mobile phones, we even had to reboot several times. Having been a hardware and software engineer for over forty years, I didn't expect this to be possible in 2022. Contact details doesn't exist, deleting an account doesn't make any impression, clicking to close pop-up windows is a waste of time, routine trees go into a loop of not doing anything forever and whatever doesn't take ten minutes, takes fifteen. I now see the bunch of plebs are from San Francisco, which explains a lot: probably not one of them properly semi-literate, being ruled over by one clown after the other. The only reasons I could carry on the frustration for five hours, are a handful of very serious pain medication - and my godson of fifteen competing on his mobile phone to see which is worse - thoroughly enjoying the rubbish-impregnated vacuum-skulls of the backward simpletons behind this orgasmic academia.edu disaster. God save the (new) king and the rest of us from this preposterous laughingstock. PS: Where is the button to add a rating of -300, please?

Bought a Phillips electric kettle less…

Bought a Phillips electric kettle less then a year ago and the wiring melted and caught on fire. I thought they were a respected brand but now see they sell poor quality garbage. This kettle was used by my family lightly and should at least last through the life of the heating element. Luckily it didnt start a household fire.

This is another of my nice review about this completely useless service and once again i would have put 0 Star if I could . Your stupid reader at the bus it should be removed as I get in a bus and touch in and showing red when I have money in the card and I have to use another card and explain to the drive in the rude manners that if I hadn't this other card I wouldn't be able to travel and I'm Not begging like the people pretending because miserable .I'm jump in a bas with my card with money in that's what make me angry firstly and than the miserable impression in front of all the other customers .

Same experience as everyone else been using national trust cottages for 10 years - no offer of refund just postponement - each email takes 3 days to answer - found out this morning they have rebooked a holiday for a date next year I have not agreed to - this is a very shortsighted approach to treating loyal customers - extremely disappointed in an organisation that I once trusted.

The 75th Street store in Kenosha has…

The 75th Street store in Kenosha has become more like a "ghetto" store than what they used to be. Berries half moldy, brand names replaced with Kroger brands that are, at best, second rate, and sometimes really bad. Employees who are sometimes quite rude, and the cleanliness average at best. Shelves stocked poorly, and certianly not rotated, finally, in some cases, completely out of stock. Kroger having taken control from Roundy's has let this store deteriorate to one you expect to find somewhere else. They sure didn't waste any money in the Racine store on Green Bay road. Too bad they can't upgrade ALL their stores in such a why Very bad. If possible, shop somewhere else.

I am so disappointed in Krogers

I am so disappointed in Krogers, I went to go in the door and besides all the stinky flowers I have to hold my breath through they decide to have a stinking candle lit. I have COPD and my lungs are not that strong. Then I had to stand and wait on Deanna I think was how she spelled it. The dumbest women ever to be at Customer Service. Finally someone came over to help her. The Pears that were on sale was rotted with juices all over the floor, the same with the peaches and the strawberries. They didn't have my pear applesauce in. If you sell out of it more than the strawberry then order more of my pear. The quality of this store has went down hill. The fresh caught fish is always out. Order more of it. I do not eat farm raised fish. Why do you stock it?? I stopped shopping at Wal-mart for this very reason!!! I guess it's back to Aldi's and Ingles for me.
