NO CUSTOMER SERVICE !!

Had to put one star in order to leave a review! Purchased an airfryer XXL with fat reducing technology. The part called ‘Fat reducer’ cracked. This is a plastic part inside the unit. Manual states that it is to washed in dishwasher and the unit has a 1 yr warranty. Also states that the airfryer is not to be used without the fat reducer. Called Philips customer care numerous times! They sent out a basket (not the broken part). Called again and got someone who said part is not under warranty. Called again and told that they will elevate this and someone will call me back same day - 2 days later no call back! SO DISAPPOINTED in their customer service! I now have an airfryer that cost me close to $400 just 6 months ago and I can’t use it. The part is not even available to purchase. Do NOT buy Philips products as you will not get any support.

Philips Fails To Take Responsibility For Their Products

I purchased a 75 inch tv. The TV turns itself on and off and the volume goes in and out. I contacted customer service (CS), was told to not worry, a software push was coming soon to fix this issue within the next two weeks bevause many users were reporting the same issue. Two weeks go by, I reach back out. I am told they cancelled the software update and that they will not repair my TV , instead they discontinued the line of TV's. Their warranty merits a full return, but I have to supply the box. I asked them to send me a box because who has a massive box for a 75 inch tv? They tell me they do not have any spare boxes to send me and that it was my problem to figure out. One representative also accused me of breaking the TV, when I reminded her it was a software problem not physical damage, she ended the online chat! Fortunately I saved it for my records. Philips outsourced their CS to the Philippines. I told them a return would not work, I bought the TV on black friday, so I received a good deal on the TV and could not buy a comparative TV for the price from another company. Philips sells other 75 inch TVs, but would not replace mine with any other model that they sell. They discontinued the model they sold me so I couldn't get a replacement model of the TV I bought from them either. Truly an unethical company that failed to take responsibility for selling a faulty product. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Not sure why there are so many bad…

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I had a great experience. My electric toothbrush stopped charging and i contacted their whatsapp team. No questions asked just a quick explanation and i was sent a new piece!

Worthy of Zero Stars

If I could give zero stars I would. I have had a horrible experience with this company and have no plans to buy anything that has the Philips name or affiliation. I wish I could video me burning my toothbrushes. On May 7 I ordered the Saeco Xelsis espresso machine. I was aware that it may take longer than usual to get my item, so I waited for 9 business days in expectation of an email for shipment information, that I never received. After 9 days we called and spoke with a customer service agent in the online orders department that assured us our order would be processed in a few days just give them a bit longer. He also told us that the system had cancelled a bunch of orders placed on that day, but ours had not been cancelled and the item was in stock. We waited another week and still no word. At this point I noticed that the amount charged had been refunded, so I called again, because my order had obviously been cancelled. We again spoke with a nice customer service agent who was unable to help us but "escalated" our request to speak with a manager to have our order reinstated. We waited three days no word. I sent an email to the company and it was returned as undeliverable after 2 days. We called again, were given another reference number and asked to give it another 48 hours. We did and after 72 hours, again there was not word. We called yet again and at this point very frankly and professionally asked to speak with a supervisor or manager. We were transferred to parts. We called again did the same thing and we were transferred to another department that had no idea what or why we were sent there. At this point I opened a chat and the agent told me he was unable to assist me at all. I asked that a copy of chat be sent to me and after being reassured he would send it I never received it. I took photos as proof of our conversation. I called yet again utterly upset, got a nice agent and after going back and forth on hold because only she would talk with her supervisor and not allow me to she began to read our case under her breath and that's when she read that our order was cancelled because of a pricing discrepancy (the pricing issue is that we ordered the machine during the mother's day sale and they decided not to honor the price so they cancelled the orders) At this point she asked if she could transfer me to the coffee machine department and I told her no, I told her the only transfer I would like is to speak with her manager. She then said ok and sent me to another random department. After calling again and waiting on the line, we could no longer get anyone. It seems as though someone would immediately hang up on us after connection. At this point I sent the CEO a message through LinkedIn just to let him know how incompetent his customer service is. I am writing this review and will post on all sites that offer reviews. I also sent my experience to Philips with my email asking someone to reach out to me. I am also strongly considering a YouTube rant because this is horrible. Please find an alternative company that is honest and cares about its customers.

I will no longer support this company

If I could put less than 1 star I would. I would give this company a negative rating if I could. The warranties of this company are just high priced blind contracts waiting to be voided as soon as you attempt to make a claim. Horrible television coverage. NOT worth it!

DO NOT ORDER!!! (CHARGED WRONG AMOUNT AND NO ITEM)…

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY (SCAM!!!). I ordered an item from there website and applied a discount to the item - however when the payment went through my debit card was not charged the correct amount and the coupon was also not applied - I was charged nearly double to amount it showed me at checkout. I spoke to 3 agents who said i would be refunded as there has been a problem with the system but 2 weeks later still nothing. I ALSO HAVE NOT EVEN RECEIVED THE ITEM I ORDERED! BUT THEY SAY IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED! Absolutely disgraceful scamming company.

Really disappointed by what has become of philips

Really disappointed by how Philips has gone from a great company, to really questionable products as well as a neglecting customer service.After contacting them to file a defect with my brand new TV, they just plain ignored my mail. After 17 days I reminded them, after which they told me "no, it does work", then ignoring my two follow up mails after that.Really disappointed by what has become of philips

Cheap Chinese products

Bought a Philips 50 inch 4k TV against my better judgement and 11 months later it turned off and now won't turn on. Changed the power cable, remote batteries etc. There is no standby light so clearly something has popped. I read Philips sold the rights to the model I bought to a Chinese company who can use the Philips "badge", so I suspect sub standard manufacture and failure built in. I do not recommend and will never buy another product from this company.

Original shaver would not shave

Original shaver would not shave - Phiilps sent me new blades - oops wrong blade - finally sent me the correct blades - no better - phillips finally replaced my 140.00 shaver with a 50.00 shaver and told me that i had purchased the wrong unit - replacement shaver worse . useless to try and shave with these things . SUGGEST NO ONE BUY FROM THIS COMPANY .WOULD GIVE MINUS REVIEW IF POSSIBLE
