Rubbish Products (Not Like They Used To Be) I bought an LED TV because Philips (cost over £2000) said I would not get any shadowing on the screen like you do with a Plasma....What a joke the screen is covered in shadows! I bought a CD Player and the draw won't go up and down properly it gets stuck. I have in the past only ever bought Philips products - Guess What - This is all going to change

Absolutely ridiculous

Absolutely ridiculous service! They mislead customers, lie and change their own stories! Cashback offer finished in jan, I applied in Dec. Still waiting! Pathetic company full of nonsense! You call them they say it has been approved and wait for an email. I received an email 2 weeks later saying your card has been dispatched but if you dont receive it by this day tell us. I didnt and emailed them again and was told it was not approved! How ridiculous can it get any further. This is misleading and just wrong! Never buying any philips product ever! DO NOT BUY PHILIPS, if something goes wrong you will have a a nightmare.

Fault with a Philips Azure Iron.

We had an issue with a Philips Azure Iron, contacted customer services. Spoke to Maria. A few questions were asked, proof of purchase emailed to them and a new Iron was received within 2 days.Any item from any manufacturer can have a problem but with customer services this good, I will continue to purchase Philips products with confidence.

OMG what a joke !!!!

OMG what a joke !!!!I ordered on 10th December on-line. The wrong item arrived. I was told to re-order and pay again, as it would be quicker. I was also told to send the item back, and they would issue a full refund within 10 working days of the item being received (which it was a few days later).I've just had a email back on the 17th January to say the refund has been cancelled their end. On speaking with a representative from Philips i have now been told it was a mistake their end (again) and my payment £138 will be returned around 31st January !!!What a waste of time from start to finish. I have bought Philips products over the last 5 years.....NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!

I would leave no stars if possible

I would leave no stars if possible. Philips customer service reps are trained liars. I returned a air flosser a month ago and still haven't received my replacement. They keep telling me they will be sendind a email with confirmation. Confirmation email has same tracking number of return label I used. What a joke this company is. I will never attempt to purchase another piece of their sub par equipment anyway. Don't walk away when thinking of buying Phillips, RUN. Do yourself a favor and spend the money on a better product.

Worst support experience I've ever had.

If you have a problem with any of their products, be prepared for 6+ months of lies and support hell. They also false advertise e.g. chroma 444 on tv's that don't actually have it. Avoid if possible.

Don't waste your time

Don't waste your timeAfter spending the last hour attempting to purchase a toothbrush for over 200 british pounds from the Philips website, I would like to warn other consumers NOT to bother !In an attempt to use my account which I have signed up for previously, the site very kindly offers me a 30% discount.I therefore go through the process attempting to logged inI have an account with them which I have NEVER been able to authorise as the email that they promise to send, never arrives.I work in IT and therefore quite sure than no anti spam mechanism or filtering was to blameSo, I get a little stumped,So, I decide to sign up for a new accountat that point, due to the attempted logins, I notice that the basket has been emptied and I have lost my 30% discount,So, Im looking for a Braun brush now insteadIn a world of choice, I am constantly amazed that incompetence like this exists in businessI will of course allow Philips to see this review, but doubt they will care

Bought a smart TV from them and after 1 …

Bought a smart TV from them and after 1 year all what you get is:"philips server not found"That problem happened to a lot of users and still they never fixed it.Avoid that brand even if the product they sell is free.

Brand new TV doesn't work and Philips don't care

Bought a brand new TV from Philips this week and it would be a great TV except iPlayer, ITV Hub, All 4 and 5 On-demand do not work. Philips advised me that these apps are not certified with the BBC, ITV, etc. This means that they do not work at all on this TV. What kind of amateur organisation offer apps that aren't certified and work? Philips, get your house in order!Avoid disappointment and buy a different TV that works. We are returning this one.
