No spare parts and not possible to found this...

No spare parts, impossible to repair anything. I knew Philips years ago when it wasn't yet Chinese, today it's totally rubbish, don't buy anything from this company, it's a disgrace, if you break something you won't find the spare part. I bought a recent model of water purifier that I paid quite a lot for. I broke the water tray at the back, it's removable, I asked the supplier for the part, all he offered me was a used part, not even a new one, but what kind of service is this... you don't give a damn about your Philips customers, I hate you, I'm going to notify the consumer service department in my country, it's unacceptable to have so little consideration for the customers who buy your products. This company deserves to be bankrupted, obviously no one in their company looks at the catastrophic reviews on the web, it might be a good idea for you to take an interest, otherwise I don't give a damn about your company. I bought the sonicare toothbrush last…

I bought the sonicare toothbrush last week, I had a manual toothbrush before and I like it so much better. This toothbrush reaches where regular toothbrushes won't so I am happy with it.

Disgraceful

I’d have left minus 5 if I could have. Customer services are rude, insinuating the customer was lying. They are rude belligerent and argumentative. Tried to purchase an item on subscription only for it to get cancelled multiple times. When spoke to Philips first they apologised saying their system was down then I received a call from them where I was told it is my fault as something is wrong with my credit card and not them. Why call JUST to say btw we take back the apology it is your fault. This was only one of the appalling communications I had with them regarding the issue. Such a shame because they make good products but their employees do an awful job of representing them. Or are they overly confident and think their quality products speak for themselves and don’t need good customer services.

If I could have left no stars I would…

If I could have left no stars I would have. I got a Phillips C-PAP a couple of years ago, it was recalled for scary reasons. I filled out the form for recall and my husband got a email saying it was sent, no time frame, no tracking number, and it was not insured by the company which is so amazingly stupid it is beyond belief. I began using my old device which now no longer works, so now I'm using the Phillips C-PAP again and my breathing has become impaired. When the machine never arrived I called to ask why and was informed it had supposedly been delivered. I asked them to send one out and was asked if filed a police report. Why would I file a police report on something I never knew was supposedly delivered? I was told another one was going to be sent. I never got one. Having severe ADHD and almost no object permanence I finally called to ask ,what's up and a snotty judgemental person implied I was shifty for not calling them sooner, this person should never be in a customer service position. I wound up loosing it and eventually was yelling about law suits. I have never lost it like that before. A company that sold me a machine that could give me cancer or damage my lungs gave me a rude customer service person to talk to that implied I was in the wrong for not calling sooner when I had dreaded talking to them because I know what a circus freak show the company was. So now I have to place a police report to get my hopefully non damaging replacement. Why didn't they require a customer signature and insure the device? I know people who work for Phillips and know what a sick horror show they are to work for and how little the company cares for producing a quality product while maximum profit is all they care for. Never purchase a Phillips product when you have the option to buy one from another company!

THEY DONT LISTEN JUST TALK OVER YOU

They really have the nerve to talk over you and not actually help you. They really suck so bad and in the end Phillips wont even matter cause these other brands are fixing the mistakes of Phillips. How embarrassing for them. I guess that’s what happens when it’s a third party call centre and the communication lines are pretty much non existent. You sell a product then stop selling product because it has a defect you make it impossible to get a replacement and have the audacity to give attitude and refuse to put a supervisor on the phone.

Poor customer service!

My Philips TV became faulty in January 24. I was ping -ponged between Curry's and Philips several times before remedial work was concluded on 25/03/24 by Curry's.I found Philip's Customer Care and technical help was a waste of time and convinced me to never purchase a Philips product ever again

Avoid Sonicare Toothbrushes

Have owned 2 Sonicare Diamondclean toothbrushes. They cost about £100 each and don't last very long at all. The first one died inside the 2 year warranty so Phillips replaced it, which seemed very e-wasteful but let me brush my teeth. The second one died not long outside the warranty - due to a perished seal - and they won't even offer a repair option. I took the head off, rinsed and dried the shaft every time I used it, so even with extremely good care they seems to be badly designed and poorly constructed. I shall be avoiding the Phillips brand in future.

Philips Hue Lightstrip - NO SPARE PARTS

Philips Hue LightstripBroke down after 3 years. With the help of mulitmeter, I found out it is most likely the power adapter that stopped working. Imagine my disappointment finding out you can order this spare part in the US, but NOT in Europe. What the hell, Phillips?????

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service Signed up for a subscription service for the one blade paid my 1st payment got an email to say it had been dispatched.then received email stating it was out for delivery guess what never got delivered after various phone calls and complaints was then told it was stuck at customs and would be delivered by end of the week.Guess what still been delivered it's been over 3 weeks of waiting no one whats to help still havnt been issued a refund and there still trying to take money out of my account.avaoid at all costs use a decent company

Philips email harvesting scam.

Don't bother signing up as a Philips Product Tester. Usually Tester sites are great if you enjoy giving your opinion to help other consumers make informed purchases. You'll usually get a product every few months.The Philips site is just an email harvester to try and flog you new products. I've been registered for years and not a sausage from them, just tonnes of marketing emails. I'm not alone in realising this.
