I buy shoes online, because I like the idea of buying NEW shoes; however, buying at DSW, you're sent shoes that have been worn before, and all too often have scuff marks, because the shoes ordered on DSW.com (as well as bags, and other accessories) are *not* shipped from a warehouse, but instead are simply shipped from one of DSW's 100s of stores. Buyer beware: if you buy shoes at DSW.com, you are getting shoes that have already been worn by someone shopping at a DSW, and they will probably arrive all scuffed up (which has happened to me much too often). I am done shopping at DSW! I now buy my shoes from Shoes.com (a subsidiary of Wal-Mart); the shoes come *brand new* from a warehouse, so you never have to worry about them arriving worn, and scuffed up! Auf wiedersehen, DSW!—you've lost a loyal customer!

Bought a pair of boots I used 4-6 times and walked less than half a kilometer in before they started breaking down while still brand new. They suggested the damage was intentional and offered a 10% discount even after seeing the pictures. Zero accountability. Avoid this business.

Went to Target to what I thought was a consumer cellular place to get a phone as mine was broken. The sales person “Steven” stated that AT&T was owner of Consumer Cellular. I know that Consumer Cellular does contract with them to use their cell towers.Anyways, we are filling out paperwork and as it was taking so long, I kept asking that this was not a new account that I just wanted to buy a new phone. He stated that was right no new contract. He was sending the phone to my house and I kept asking why I could not get one that was for sale right there. He gave me this long winded response. After getting home I read the document that he sent me and he lied, he set me up with a new AT&T account not the same Consumer Cellular one I had. I called and asked him about this and he lied again and said it was Consumer Cellular. I called Consumer Cellular to see where my phone was and they stated they had no order for a phone. I explained what happens and they said that what he stated was not true. I called Steven back and he stated that phone was on the way so he could not cancel the acct as I had to send back the phone when I got it. Now I only have 14 days to cancel this acct. not only that they can charge me a restocking fee as I cannot bring it back to the store that I ordered it from.These people are just scam artist. I have been sitting on the phone for an hr. And no one has picked up so I can cancel this acct. NEVER USE ATT&T!! SCAM

My Philips TV became faulty in January 24. I was ping -ponged between Curry's and Philips several times before remedial work was concluded on 25/03/24 by Curry's.I found Philip's Customer Care and technical help was a waste of time and convinced me to never purchase a Philips product ever again

I Bought a mac mini this morning purchased office and business to be installed never spoke to a person in the store. I picked up the mac mini when I got home noticed the box was unopened. Turns out they did not install the home and office. Tried to call the store got somebody in another country. There is no way to speak to a person to customer service over the phone in the store. Now I have to go back to the store and have them install home and office that I paid for. Im pissed! Waisting my time and gas doesnt sit well with me. If I could have spoken to someone in the store the problem would not have been so agravating. This was my last purchase there.

I really liked and had no reason to distrust Spotify until I canceled my subscription. After canceling, it was a complete hassle making sure my credit card would no longer be charged. Despite my documentation of the cancelation confirmed by Spotify, they still denied it to my credit card company. I highly recommend keeping all correspondence from this company because without it I would have been out of luck.

This is the worse thing I signed up for. Every time I needed to use my printed I had to call a reprentative, they would ask for access to my phone and computer to understand the problem of why it doesn't work. after 2or3 hours to get printer to work. Then 10 papers would fly out of printer. I cancelled the service yesterday. The manager got of phone to tell me i would be charged $270 for a service that nevered worked. It is a scamm. i was told I could cancel service anytime when I signed up for this servive. i did some research with BBB HP monthly printer and scanner has terrible reviews. Save yourself time and money DON"t Sign up for HP monthly service

I have to give hp 1 star otherwise i cant leave a review. HP dont deserve 1 star, customer support does not excist, trying to connect to the printer is impossible, and the support on the app is about as usefull as a chocolate tea pot. Out of my experience with HP dont bother buying, i took my 2 month old printer to the scrap, as it haa only printed the alignment page. i have brought a canon and much better support and most importantly it actually prints.

American express is horrible horrible business I had a savings account with a deposit of hard earned money deposited to my account and they took it upon them selvesnto not only steal my money from me they also closed my account for no reason just to be told they didn't have to tell why they took what was rightfully mine and just closed my account and I can't get a new account anywhere else they said they didn't habe to tell me because they simply just didn't want to tell me they stole my money my account and are keeping it hush hush I will not keep my mouth shut you pieces of cow manuer how dare you take it upon your self to take my stuff your no better then a scam artist oh and BTW there were 10,000 dollars in my account and they took it for no reason go suck a rooster fro you guys are a waste of space and don't deserve to breathe hope u like this review I made sure I clearly was able to write a review do not use this company they are bad bad bad bad I promise you u will be hearing from my lawyers

Still waiting for a refund on a closed account.Have written and called several times yet still they won't refund my account that was closed years ago and is in credit.Rubbish service. Every time I call they ask for the same details then say someone will refund the account in 10 days. Here we are though still months later and still waiting.AVOID.

Why should I give them even ONE star? I tried to open an account, gave up my e-mail, password, got a greeting message, on first log-in a message popped up: your account has been suspended. WHAT?So I sent them the selfie they wanted (why - makes no sense, as nothing to compare it with), I was promised they'd get back within 24 hours. That was two days ago.btw, no drama, I've lived without facebook all those years, I will happily continue, already asked the person to contact me via Signal, they sent the invite, we already spoke.I guess this hilarious facebook experience just proves what I 'kinda' knew all the time :)

Not at all user friendly. Would not accept any payment methods after jumping through many verification hoops. There is nothing wrong with my credit score or available funds so issue is on their end. 'Customer service' is atrocious and they genuinely do not care if I take my money elsewhere. Wasted two days of my time. I would not recommend to anyone.
