A dishonest company that will reward you with an Amazon gift card for every review you write. It worked for me 3 times, and then I wrote another 5 reviews that were never validated, but remain on the site anyway, so I've wasted my time. I'm told that they can't verify my professional use, even though I've sent a thousand proofs, the names of my clients, examples of translation projects, my professional software licence number and even examples of emails exchanged with my clients. This site is a total scam, don't contribute to it!EDIT: added following G2's response. I have already contacted your customer service department many times and they have never clearly explained to me why my proofs of use were not accepted. It is therefore pointless trying to contact you again. If you want to solve the problem, do so and contact me with a real explanation or validate my reviews instead of asking me to contact you again.

If I could have left no stars I would have. I got a Phillips C-PAP a couple of years ago, it was recalled for scary reasons. I filled out the form for recall and my husband got a email saying it was sent, no time frame, no tracking number, and it was not insured by the company which is so amazingly stupid it is beyond belief. I began using my old device which now no longer works, so now I'm using the Phillips C-PAP again and my breathing has become impaired. When the machine never arrived I called to ask why and was informed it had supposedly been delivered. I asked them to send one out and was asked if filed a police report. Why would I file a police report on something I never knew was supposedly delivered? I was told another one was going to be sent. I never got one. Having severe ADHD and almost no object permanence I finally called to ask ,what's up and a snotty judgemental person implied I was shifty for not calling them sooner, this person should never be in a customer service position. I wound up loosing it and eventually was yelling about law suits. I have never lost it like that before. A company that sold me a machine that could give me cancer or damage my lungs gave me a rude customer service person to talk to that implied I was in the wrong for not calling sooner when I had dreaded talking to them because I know what a circus freak show the company was. So now I have to place a police report to get my hopefully non damaging replacement. Why didn't they require a customer signature and insure the device? I know people who work for Phillips and know what a sick horror show they are to work for and how little the company cares for producing a quality product while maximum profit is all they care for. Never purchase a Phillips product when you have the option to buy one from another company!

Espn+ is the absolute worst streaming device we've used...Save your money..go some where else...you'll end up playing the Buffer Game for hours trying to watch anything....We had to cancel this crappy device after 7 days...ABSOLUTELY AWFUL...WILL DRIVE YOU CRAZY

Absolutely awful forum, raised a thread for support connecting a monitor to a company laptop and a moderator with a taste for power decided to close my thread based on his view of my corporate IT policy. The strange thing is he doesn't know what company I work for...The moderator was ex_bubbleheadWon't use them again.

Sadly i do not recommend Indiegogo. They offer no protection if a project is a scam. So you do it at your own risk! A lot of people lost money for a recent project and many other project. Indiegogo doesn't take any insurance if its a false project and are not doing proper investigation on the owner of the project. So you can't go after the owner of the project. In our project the Edeskhub see it at indiegogo, people had put over a milion dollar completely lost. Indiegogo provide us the email of the owner. When we tried to contact him, we received undeliverable message. The owner is gone and Indiegogo have no other way to help us retreive our money. Know this before backing project in that place.
