They really have the nerve to talk over you and not actually help you. They really suck so bad and in the end Phillips wont even matter cause these other brands are fixing the mistakes of Phillips. How embarrassing for them. I guess that’s what happens when it’s a third party call centre and the communication lines are pretty much non existent. You sell a product then stop selling product because it has a defect you make it impossible to get a replacement and have the audacity to give attitude and refuse to put a supervisor on the phone.

Terrible website, makes everything virtually unreadable. If you do manage to get an article to scroll properly then you find that the journalists can neither spell check nor fact check. Content is poor and verging on the desperate. Comment sections are so restrictive as to be pointless. Might as well deactivate their page altogether.

People be careful about this online journal. They attract customers with lower subscription price snd then increase the price without any notice. This is kind of a trap! You will not be able to unsubscribe online or via an automated system as the automated system will not recognize your account. They are fraud company!

I had to call Samsung over 8 times in the past 3 weeks as we had multiple issues with our delivery/installation and our dryer for our order. The company who delivered the dryer, washer, and fridge said installation was not included and delivered a damaged dryer, with missing parts and not installation. When I called Samsung to confirm, they saw that I had installation included and sent me an email in writing saying I had it included. I spoke to more than 7 different managers while going back and forth with Samsung and my husband spoke to managers as well. Between all of our phone calls, various Supervisors at Samsung promised us refunds for the challenges we went through. We were promised (4) SEPARATE $200 refunds, totaling $800 for the issues we faced between installing, a damaged dryer, bad customer service, terrible delivery, miscommunication between RXO and Samsung three separate times, and employees HANGING UP on us. Yesterday I called to check on the status of our refunds, as we have only received one. A customer service rep informs me that they are only allowed to promise one refund per order. Over the past THREE WEEKS, not a single manager has informed me or my husband of this rule. Also, I don't see how that is my problem, that YOUR MANAGERS promised us refunds and now you are saying that is against your policy. It seems you need to train your managers to understand this policy and not make empty promises to your customers. If you listen to all of our phone recordings, you will hear the hours and hours (over 9 hours) spent on the phone with Samsung over the past three weeks for this ONE order I had. We spent over $4000 with Samsung and they don't seem to care at all. I spoke with another Supervisor yesterday who was nice and listened to my issues and read through the notes. She put in a request to get the full $600 refund that we were missing. Today, I just got an email saying you are declining our refund because it is against your policy. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. I have been in the customer service industry for 15 years, and I understand some things are out of your control, however this is not one of them. The fact that Samsung does not stand by its product, or the word of their managers is appalling. Up until yesterday all of your supervisors and managers were so helpful and understanding. They diffused every situation and now I have learned it was all a lie just to get us to hang up the phone. If I could give a negative score I would.

I haven't used National Trust for ages. Maybe I'm using twice per year the most. I have decided to cancel my membership. Guess what I need to pay balance for the whole year. I'm feeling like I've been robbed by charity. I have been member for 5 years, hence they took quite a lot of money from me and my husband. Good luck National Trust this was the last time you took money from me.

I highly recommend AVG, it has been very easy for me to understand how it works and how it can protect me from various problems or clean my computer. Even though I use the free plan, it has been very helpful for me and I am sure that with the paid plan, which is not very expensive either, it will be much more useful and better as a security and cleaning tool.

The Odyssey of the Seas is a great ship!! Bands, singers, and especially the drummers were amazing! High tech shows are great! The cruise director staff could be much better! The stop in Cozumel was very good, Costa Maya not so much! Way too crowded! The perfect day in Coco Cay is not perfect! They don't tell you it's a hundred bucks for the water park. Felt like Disney ripping you off! We skipped the water park and the rest of the island is nice to visit. Like Labaddee! Free lunch was very good. Overall we rate the Odyssey very high! Tons of stuff for the 1000 kids on ship to do! Our kids are grown but we liked the energy anyway. Food was good for most part. Have fun!

They don’t deserve our money. They’ve cut all services and expect you to go into the warehouse, load your cart and checkout on your own. A lot of the things are heavy and hard to reach. If you’re older or not as strong and flexible, this is not the place for you. Employees don’t even offer to help. There is no one actively monitoring lines. Everyone expects you to know where to go and what to do. NO ONE offers help.

They have gone downhill fast over the last couple of years. It is now full of fake news claiming celebrities have died or blatant lies about them, which a simple Google search proves the post is nothing but untrue. When you report the post as fake news, they send you back a standard response saying that the post has not broken any of their rules. They are a disgrace. They pay people to look into posts that are reported, but they do nothing. Wow, a job where you do nothing and get paid for doing nothing.
