Disgraceful

I’d have left minus 5 if I could have. Customer services are rude, insinuating the customer was lying. They are rude belligerent and argumentative. Tried to purchase an item on subscription only for it to get cancelled multiple times. When spoke to Philips first they apologised saying their system was down then I received a call from them where I was told it is my fault as something is wrong with my credit card and not them. Why call JUST to say btw we take back the apology it is your fault. This was only one of the appalling communications I had with them regarding the issue. Such a shame because they make good products but their employees do an awful job of representing them. Or are they overly confident and think their quality products speak for themselves and don’t need good customer services.
