No spare parts, impossible to repair anything. I knew Philips years ago when it wasn't yet Chinese, today it's totally rubbish, don't buy anything from this company, it's a disgrace, if you break something you won't find the spare part. I bought a recent model of water purifier that I paid quite a lot for. I broke the water tray at the back, it's removable, I asked the supplier for the part, all he offered me was a used part, not even a new one, but what kind of service is this... you don't give a damn about your Philips customers, I hate you, I'm going to notify the consumer service department in my country, it's unacceptable to have so little consideration for the customers who buy your products. This company deserves to be bankrupted, obviously no one in their company looks at the catastrophic reviews on the web, it might be a good idea for you to take an interest, otherwise I don't give a damn about your company. Never in my life have I ever seen a company's service as pathetic as Otto and its partners. I ordered a fridge, which by the way was 250 euro more expensive than available on other sites, 2 weeks ago. The delivery got postponed because of a lame excuse. After 2 weeks the fridge was supposed to be delivered today and I find out that the delivery service sent my item back to Otto as per my request. W T F!!!! I never told anyone to sent the item back for which I paid for. Just bs given my the Otto leadership taking their delivery partner (Hermes) side. Today I found out the reason they use Hermes as their delivery partner. It is because Hermes is a subsidiary of Otto. No wonder both the companies suck. Canceled all my orders with Otto. Thank you for nothing losersssss!!!!.

The worst service and thermostat ever! After a year of using the thermostat, it no longer connects to wifi and is offline all the time.They sent me a replacement refurbished and damaged- does not connect to heat link and now they are not responding to email and on the phone they lie that they will connect me with senior representative and then they say that's not possibile. I was patient for 2.5 weeks but tomorrow the matter is reported to the CCPC.

Wish has been a great experience overall. I have learned that as with all online shopping, always look at reviews. Try to see picts or vids when possible. For better shopping, know your actual measurements for clothing and especially shoes. Always use each stores measurement chart because they can and often do vary.

I purchased Assassins Creed Syndicate before I found out that it’s flagged by Sony as not backwards compatible with PS5. Sony’s phone line only works during weekdays, so I contacted them through online chat instead. After waiting for one hour, the first agent disconnected chat right after he said hello. I had to switch to incognito mode to get in line again since Sony won’t let you to contact customer service again within short period of time. The second agent refused to give me a refund because the game was downloaded. I told him and his supervisor that I only found out the game is not playable after I had started it and Sony didn’t provide any warning before hand. While I was waiting for their response I was told that I have to keep sending random messages every 2 minutes otherwise the chat will be closed as inactive. In the end, even though Sony sold me a game that it acknowledged as unplayable on ps5, it’s not going to issue a refund or even an apology. Worst customer experience ever, it left such a bad taste I’m thinking about switching to Xbox.

Put in an order for repair of my laptop on the 6th of Dec, with the sales rep quoting 4-6 weeks' repair time. Collected the laptop on the 11th, and 2 weeks later was emailed saying that the repair will be delayed by a month to the 28th of Jan. Called them on the 29th of Jan for an update and was told that there was a new estimated repair date of 21 Feb. No clear end date in sight, while holding my laptop hostage. Only option was to have the laptop returned without the repairs done.
