Bought 5 digital Scalextric cars on Facebook Marketplace off Tom Morris (not sure if thats his real name) who lives in Sandfields Port Talbot. The listing said all cars are new and that they are all digital. I double checked this with the seller before purchase. It turns out that none of the cars are actually new and only 3 are digital. I contacted Tom for his thoughts and he closed down the chat after insulting me. In my experience Facebook Marketplace has honest sellers but it also has lots of dishonest sellers. In my opinion after making several purchases its a buyer beware site very limited protection. Ebay and Amazon offer far greater protection to buyers in my experience.

These lot have well and truly messed up Apex legends. I cannot play the game anymore because of the easy anti cheat. Looking at the forums there's loads of people in the same boat. It also appear the support is as useful as a chocolate fire guard. It is just a person with a tick box form. Then they send you onto another support department, who are completely useless as they just repeat the steps on the help page (I followed these multiple times). Great games, garbage support and updates. Think twice before buying anything from these cowboys.

EA doesn’t Care about the people who play their games, i just wanna enjoy fc 24, but when they put in an objective that 99% can’t do because they don’t buy fc points to get all the good cards, Then the game just becomes not enjoyable.

The team is friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and incredibly helpful. They always answer promptly. Called Vexus and ATT. Comparing the two. It’s quite obvious, I just wanted prices for each. While Vexus was non intrusive and respectful of my time and space needed to make a decision, AT&T was pushing very hard to make a sale and would not let me leave the call until I give my information to them to put an install order in. The customer service representative here went completely quiet after I denied the offer and mentioned to him I would make a decision this week, shortly after they had hung up on me, while Vexus, the rep was very laid back, nice, not pressuring, seemed like they understood the situation between a customer switching companies vs just making a sale and not caring about the consumer. At a lower price and still very comparable speeds to AT&T, if not as good, I would much rather deal with people who are understanding and not about themselves, as I can imagine the arguments in the future about a bill or something dealing with customer service, therefore have chosen Vexus.

I’d have left minus 5 if I could have. Customer services are rude, insinuating the customer was lying. They are rude belligerent and argumentative. Tried to purchase an item on subscription only for it to get cancelled multiple times. When spoke to Philips first they apologised saying their system was down then I received a call from them where I was told it is my fault as something is wrong with my credit card and not them. Why call JUST to say btw we take back the apology it is your fault. This was only one of the appalling communications I had with them regarding the issue. Such a shame because they make good products but their employees do an awful job of representing them. Or are they overly confident and think their quality products speak for themselves and don’t need good customer services.

I purchased a full set of car covers for our new car, Haval Jolion and even thought they said in their specifications they would fit, I am afraid they do not. Not only that bur clips were missing and overall, they are an inferior product. I have tried to arrange a refund and return but find I am being stalled in all my efforts so that the window of return runs out and I am stuck. Their site only allows you to go so far with the refund process then stalls and one can not submit the request. I have sent feedback and several messages, to no avail and of course there is no direct number to call anybody for a one on one discussion. I am looking for some help and advice.

Paid for hire car online and when I ran into difficulty AMEX was not interested. Made it as difficult as possible to log a complaint and load up documents. Customer service is a waste of time. Get the high interest entry rate. Get your family and friends subscribed and then give them the elbow.

The check-in process was smooth thanks to the clear instructions from the property team. However, I encountered several issues during our stay that significantly impacted our experience. The flat, which is spread over three floors, was generally clean and tidy. However, there were some areas that were lacking in necessary amenities. For example, the second-floor shower room did not have any facilities to hang towels or place shower items. Additionally, there was no bathmat or hand towel available. The shower head was broken off the wall, and the bathroom sink plug was broken and emitted a foul odor. The bedroom and living room rugs where both damaged which caused a trip hazard.Make-up marks on the bedroom wall and just general wear and tear of a accommodation. While the kitchen/living room on the top floor was a highlight of the accommodation, the overall experience was marred by noise disturbances.The flat is located at above the neighbourhood restaurant bins, resulting in constant noise from the movement of bins by staff members throughout the day and night. Furthermore, passers by sounded like they were on the same floor due to poor sound insulation, leading to disrupted sleep each night. I believe that the accommodation did not meet the standards expected for the price paid, and the issues experienced had a negative impact on our stay. I had photos as evidence of the mentioned problems. As a result of these issues, I kindly requested a refund for some of the accommodation fees.But sadly I got no response to my messages while on my stay or emails to the property manager or team there after.So I reported the issue to Booking.com whom where very helpful in reaching out to the property team. I then sent the property a message via booking.com and received a response from the property manager accusing me of causing the damage ourselves and I just wanting a free break. I've never been so insulted. I am a health care professional so whenever I have the opportunity to take a break I appreciate it and I certainly have respect for people's property's and always leave places how I found them. So I was completely shocked that I would be accused of the damages, insulted and denied the return of my £200 deposit which i now have to fight to get returned.No apologies or accountability taken, very defensive and combative in response to guest issues when I contacted the property over the phone.Terrible customer service and care of your paying guests.
