Review of fb
While the platform itself is useful for staying connected, the customer service is terrible. If you lose access to your account, there’s no way to contact anyone for help, and it feels impossible to recover your account. The app on smartphones is also frustratingly slow, and with every update, it seems to get worse rather than better. It crashes frequently, and the user experience just isn't what it used to be. Until they fix these issues, it’s hard to rate it any higher.
Review of eventbrite
I bought tickets via Eventbrite for a concert that according to the venue was cancelled (I went in time for the start and was told at the door that it was cancelled), though the organisers sent a late email saying the venue had been changed. I have found it IMPOSSIBLE to contact Eventbright and ask for a refund. Their website sent me in circles, failing to send my messages and demanding that I repeat Captcha images over and over again. They don’t even deserve one star.

Researched to find BBC gives gladiators contenders finalists no prize money. Just a trophy. Quelle surprise BBC frugle. At least on ITV gladiators contenders winners got a prize of £10000 plus a brand new car and runners up prizes of £2000. Why bother competing? Travel, accommodation, time off work etc.

I recently visited the Cheyenne Mountain Center Retail Store in Colorado Springs, CO, and had a highly disappointing experience with the sales representative, Sean S. My intention was to purchase a Samsung watch, but Sean S. misled me into also activating a new number, despite my explicit instructions otherwise.During the transaction, Sean S. informed me that my payment would be approximately $6.39. However, upon reviewing my bill, I discovered that my payment was actually $10. Additionally, Sean S. enrolled me in an automatic payment plan, despite my clear request not to do so. This has resulted in the total cost of the Samsung watch being over $700+, whereas purchasing it outright would have been less than $400.Sean S.'s actions were deceptive and unethical, and it's evident that AT&T prioritizes sales over customer needs. This experience highlights the need for customers to be extremely cautious when dealing with AT&T, as my experience is not unique.I strongly advise all customers to carefully review their bills to make sure that AT&T's sales practices are not deceiving them or overcharging them. It's disappointing to see such behavior from a large corporation, and I hope that AT&T takes steps to address these issues and prioritize customer satisfaction in the future.

McAfee came installed with my computer and I can't get rid of it. I tried the windows uninstall and their own software uninstall tool, but I still get pop ups telling me I have a virus when my actual and better rated Bitdefender tells me my computer is clean. They also took two years renewal subscription fees without telling me.

Review of vrbo
Do not advertise your vacation rental through VRBO. They were once a good company but since Expedia Group purchased them the customer service is horrible. They allow guests to post reviews complaining about expectations for hot tubs, shampoos not supplied, and coffee not supplied when none of those items are listed as included in the rental. VRBO allows guests to coerce owners by threatening bad reviews unless money is returned. Guests are allowed to sneak extra guests into the unit, and then when there are not enough beds, complain in the review. Customer service reps hang up and disconnect chat sessions. You are better off advertising your rental on your own.
Review of surveymonkey
As a small non-profit only needing the survey because of covid and the return to monthly meetings, there is no way of purchasing one survey or seeing your results past 40 respondents. I only had 100 members to respond, 60 of which did, but now I cannot see 20 of them! 25% off an annual membership doesn't help me.

RCCL wins for worst customer service ever!! They take your money very quickly and easily, but good luck trying to get it back when THEY decide to cancel a sailing. Their customer service policies and procedures lack BOTH any interest in helping their customers or providing any kind of service to anyone but themselves. They cancelled my cruise back in March. My refund was supposed to be processed within 30 days, but here we are 60 days later, and they only processed a portion of the refund. When I called to inquire about it, and after waiting on hold for 2 hours, they refused to talk to me (the customer) or give me a reason for why only a portion of the refund was processed. They will only talk to the travel provider that I booked through. Everyone, save yourself the hassle and aggravation and go with another cruise line, you'll be much happier for it!!
