Well welll

Well welll. Seems like a lot of reviews against Philips are negative and right on point with my debacle that I’m experiencing with Philips. They answer nicely on messenger, but still status quo, no actions , no nothing is happening in my case for over 1.5 years. I have 2 devices on recall, that was send to 2 different vendors that I didn’t do business with. One vendor hung up last week saying that I’m not a client of them therefore my device that Philips sent them isn’t mine. Second vendor wants shipping fees for something that was sent by Philips . Philips is avoiding to get my devices back to me. No on at PHILIPS is taking charge and responsibilities. If their a class action lawyer out there that want to help me, I would be eternally grateful for the much needed help. Those devices are mine and this entire situation is causing me grievances, damages ( as I’m diabetic and stress out regarding this matter, HELP HELP

Do they even have a customer service department?

Having some issues with our 3200 Latte Go coffee machine and when you call the service hotline you go striaght to a voicemail from which they never call back. Very poor and unacceptable customer service for a thousand dollar machine.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I have a faulty razor and they have now asked me to return this, wait until I receive a label, then they will send out a replacement which will take 5+ days to arrive. I cannot go this long without one and don't have any others. Absolutely ridiculous.

Regarding grooming devices

Philips grooming devices are reasonably priced and get the job done, but the performance is basic. The shavers provide a decent shave, though not as close and smooth as more expensive brands. I have to go over my face afterward to catch remaining stubble. The trimmers also lack precision, with thicker blades that make detailed styling difficult. While Philips products cover the basics and have good longevity, they fall a bit short if you want advanced features and the closest shave. Overall, decent gear for the price point but lacking the performance of higher-end tools.

Just bought a new Phillips TV…

Just bought a new Phillips TV yesterday. And “only” took me TWO hours to get it setup. But, in all fairness I’m old and technologically challenged. But there was just one thing I couldn’t figure out. On my last TV, a Samsung, there was an “info” button, which when pressed would tell what program will be coming on next. Couldn’t find such a feature on this TV, after carefully reading the owners manual, (WITH A MAGNIFYING GLASS!), and reading on line. So called Phillips customer support number. After going through all the automated attendant options, the first “lady” disconnected me. (Hung up on me?) Went through the automated attendant again. A man whom I could hardly understand, said I needed to do all the things I’d already done! Told him I’d already done those things. He then told me, the TV may need a while to load all the channels I’d selected. I told him they were loaded over a day ago. He then said, that maybe the channels I have don’t support that function. I told him that they do, because they did on my Samsung that just died! I finally got so frustrated with these clowns that I thanked him, said good bye and hung up. This is the LAST Phillips TV that I will EVER buy!

I think it was the first global brand i have learned back in the day in the electronics and healthcare industry. They have such a long history in the world of innovation and quality in their quite diverse product range. I mean, they manufacture personal care products, this is where you have your electric shavers, toothbrushers.. but it does not stop here.they also produce technologically advanced medical imaging and patient monitoring systems that are used in the big hospitals. MRI machines, ultrasound devices, patient monitoring systems etc. They do a lot of LED products for homes. smart home lighting systems, you know the energy-efficient and user-friendly light-bulbs that can change color from your phone. i cannot comment a lot on those mri machines since i am not a medical professional, but their personal care and grooming products are pretty good, and still innovative! I especially love the shavers that can be used in the shower.

Hopeless service on an over priced pro which should not fail after 1 year

I bought an expensive compact plus steam generator iron just over 12 months ago. It stopped working and kept tripping the electrical circuit . After finally getting onto someone ( I presume in the Philippines judging by her accent ) she helpfully told me not to plug it in any more . She then said I could take it to be assessed by a service centre - closest being 20km away . When I said this was ridiculous she generously (!) offered to send me postage labels so I could return it - when I asked about turn around time she couldn’t answer but insisted that despite a warranty I couldn’t just have it replaced .. There was no apology or acknowledgment of inconvenience and what a surprise no postage label arrived via e-mailbit I hit a token email acknowledging the service call - completely useless … . I then returned it to the store where I bought it (Bing Lee) and they efficiently and pleasantly replaced it ( and had no intention of testing it and blowing their own electrical circuits) Customer non service by Philips

I bought a Phillips TV six years ago

I bought a Phillips TV six years ago. I never used any kind of apps such as Netflix or Firestick or Roku or any streaming services. By the way, it is a smart TV. I recently signed up for Netflix. It worked fine for six weeks. Now it will only play for a minute and 53 seconds before it goes into error code. I called Netflix. There was nothing they could do to resolve the issue. So I called Phillips and they informed me that their TVs go obsolete every six years as they no longer support them with any software updates. I would run not walk away from Phillips TV as fast as you can. Pure junk with absolute no customer support. They will not update them. They make them so they go obsolete every six years so that you have to buy a new one. I decided to go buy a Roku Smart stick after some investigation online and found that using it can access my Netflix account that way. I will never buy another Phillips product as long as I live. Pure junk.

I was gifted glass baby bottles for my daughter when she was born and I recently took them out of the box to use and they are defective, and with it being glass it’s unsafe to use. Called the company and they wouldn’t replace them. They said there is no warranty on bottles. They said they can give me a 20% coupon to use online but you have to spend $100 to get feee shipping and they would not do anything about that. I also said so if I buy another set and the same thing happens, I’m out of luck again. Awful service. I would not recommend this company
