Tried to start a new account and was told shorty after that it had been suspended. I raised an appeal and shortly after told that I was no longer able to access or have a new account. No reasons given, what a terrible site and totally useless. I suppose though, it is no loss as it is run by some very unscrupulous people!

I’ve been fighting the CMS and the CSA for years as a RP and being with a NRP. Each time they have failed the children and the tax payer. The general public do not seem to realise how badly this is run and how much it costs them, it’s millions each year in case you’re wondering. Their system simply does not work for either side. It also encourages narcissistic RP’s to carry on controlling and destroying children and ex’s and are supported by the CMS. They are incapable of simple maths and using their own processes, which I have had to teach them on several occasions. Constant complaints to senior managers are no better, they don’t seem to have a basic grasp of maths either. If your looking at what is wrong with the youth look how many come from Families without fathers who Have been in the middle of this disgusting organisation. They have a high turnover of staff (which isn’t surprising) so no one ever knows what they’re are doing. Which is why their staff make statements like “I don’t care if you lose your house or can’t eat, just pay”

Don’t like it, I thought I’d get used to it but when I open it every morning I think what a mess. It feels awkward and old fashioned. It’s less punchy, more useless white space. BBC please don’t fix things if they aren’t broken, and don’t try to make cheap updates. For those who don’t watch BBC news on TV the app was an important app, now it’s been downgraded. Will be using ITV news app each morning.
