How amazon still not closed?Simply the worse shop ever built from all perspectives, it's only bugs, payments errors, customer service incompetent, they change delivery date as they wish, they violate their own rules and policies as it's better for them, it's a company working with the worse practices I ever see, they only want your money, nothing else? Only blind people can buy from Amazon, they are the most expensive with the worse service and nothing here makes sense! This only a shopgkr intelligent people!, Normally it should be closed and they should pay billions of fines for violate laws everyday!
Absolutely puzzles me that this company gets so low ratings. I have only good things to say about them. Where else you can get most of the items delivered to you the next day? Where else do you have such selection?To me this is the best shopping portal. Period.
Basically steals your money. Items don't get delivered, Amazon says it's not eligible for return/refund. Offers courtesy credit, I purchase items that never arrive. Amazon can't find them either, tells me the only option is refund, but then refuses to refund the courtesy credit. They scammed me! After years of being a loyal customer, I've had enough! 😮💨😓 spoke to supervisor, he refused to properly identify himself (because he knows he lied & scammed me!) He would only tell me his name is "dj" 😒
I bought a lot of fishing gear in the last few months off Amazon and I was very happy. Then I ordered new line for my reel. They said it would be inin 5 days on a Sunday. They said it was shipped. Sunday came and the site said it would be in that day. Around noon I checked and it said my line would be in by 8 PM so I took the old line off my reel. A couple hours later I got an email saying it would now be in 6 days later, even though they said that morning that it was at the Amazon facility and would be in that day. THEY LIED TO ME. So now I have to go all week without fishing because THEY LIED TO ME. Otherwise I wouldn't have taken my old line off until the new stuff came in. I immediately cancelled my prime and now am waiting for my line and one other order they LIED about. Then I am DONE with Amazon. Very unethical. This was Amazon Canada.
The most concerning practice of Amazon is to send written documentation of "guaranteed" delivery dates, only to change them at the end of the day.Monitor ordered Tuesday, email of the "Prime Two Day Shipping" guaranteed date is Friday.New email this evening (Fri) telling me my new guaranteed delivery date is Monday! Guarantee: provide a formal assurance or promise, especially that certain conditions shall be fulfilled relating to a product, service, or transaction
I returned my order through Purolater 2 weeks ago. I had called Amazon regarding my refund and was told they see I dropped it off and I will receive my refund. I just called back again and now they say they cannot see that I dropped it off. I was on the line for over 30 minutes and had enough and hung up. You cannot even on their website find how to contact them. I am considering closing my Amazon account altogether. The service sucks. It's not worth anymore ordering with them. Returns are terrible now.
The agent was speaking over me, had an attitude for no reason, he kept cutting me of and calling me Reem, which is not my name. I eventually told him my name again. He brushed me, and put me on hold for a while. Came back, and called me Reem again. I told him that it's now my second time telling him that my name is not Reem. He then hung up on me. I called back for a supervisor, waited almost an hour. the supervisor said they couldn't process my complaint due to system issues. I called back the next day, I waited a while and this "supervisor" sounded like the same person. He called me Lee (I'm a woman and my name is not Lee) He proceeded to tell me the reason for my call, and when he finally stopped talking I began and he hung up. I think outsourcing customer service to the Philippines was a mistake, the agents have no respect for clients.
Almost every product I've purchased in the last 1.5 years from Amazon has died. They no longer do anything for customer satisfaction, just give you a phone number to call the manufacturer for warrenty (3rd party seller) who never responds or answers their voice-mail or messages. Amazon used to at least try to support customer retention, now they could care less. I've had to go through multiple agents to get this resolved. Purchased a dog grooming kit, it died after the 2nd use within 5 months and they can only offer a partial credit, had to finally escalate to a supervisor as the agents do nothing. Amazon should back up the products they sell or stop allowing crappy 3rd party sub-par sellers to sell products on their platform. Posting a negative review does nothing as I still see the same sellers selling their lousy products (Oneisall dog grooming clippers) and sometimes the review gets removed.Time to spend my money elsewhere.
I changed my payment method to my checking account yet my payment didn't go through for prime membership. I assume I can no longer purchase on Amazon either. I keep getting messages that I need to update my payment method, but I already did.I was unable to get a chat option after trying several times. Being.alone, elderly, hard of hearing, I don't do well at all with phone calls. Even worse, Amazon knows they have this exact same proplem with others. With chat all messed up and my having a pretty good idea they won't go to the trouble to respond to this as individuals are of little concern to them...I guess I'm out of luck... C'est la vie
I have gotten nothing but the run around by Amazon from the Edmonton Warehouse failing to deliver a parcel they have had in their possession since April 26th it has been rescheduled for delivery three times by Amazon and failed to be delivered and Customer Service refuses to refund the missing parcel which Amazon has in their possession in the Edmonton, AB warehouse. It is being reported to my credit card company for this gross incompetence as this is theft of money by Amazon of nearly $60 and failing to deliver a parcel within the promised delivery window. Telling me to wait for an investigation and 10 business days for them to figure out what happened is complete BS. And will be reported accordingly to the credit card company as fraud on the part of Amazon. Customer Service is absolutely useless. Garbage customer service.
