Let me first say, I rarely write reviews; However DSW seriously needs some constructive criticism. I had a 2hour pickup order that I needed to change the pick up location because the store it automatically sent me to (due to my phone location?) was 40 mins away in an area we never go to. I called customer service and asked to change the store pick up and explained why. They said they couldn’t do that because my order was already being “shipped to the store” (mind you this is a 2-hour pick up order, so they should already have it AT THE STORE and there shouldn’t be any extra shipping involved). I said fine, can I cancel it and I can start a new pick up order at the location near my house. She said they couldn’t cancel it, but they can give me a discount on my next order. I said that didn’t solve my current problem of me having to drive 40 mins for an order I could get at a closer store! So wte. I said no thanks and decided to drive way out of my way for my order. I get my confirmation email a few minutes after we hung up, saying my order was ready for pick up. So the next day my husband goes to get it and the store employee said, not only is my order not ready (after I got an email saying it is), he proceeds to tell my husband IT’S NOT AT THE STORE! After my husband speaks to a manager, they finally locate 1 shoe in the correct size in the back of the store. Needless to say, we will not be shopping at DSW ever again. Their customer service is BEYOND disorganized, ridiculous, and very unhelpful. Common sense seems to be a lacking commodity at DSW.

this would be 0 if available . nearly a full month since ordering a wedding certificate and still not even done let alone sent out . all these are bothered about is people paying £42 to get it next day . a total typical government rip off and apparently no need to be flippant!!!, no need for you to take money and fail to give the service paid for, thanks for loosing me money by failing to provide what I paid for in time, total brainless idiots!

Can't get no customer service, Super long waits nobody picks up, People wanna watch payper view and order it directly from their cable Provider and now they really screwed this whole thing up, I used to buy paper view every month and now I can't buy pay perview at all what a joke.

I would like to say thank you to American Express. They were extremely quick to notify us that someone was trying to make payments with our card in a fraudulent way. They cancelled the card straight away, sorted it with the company that was involved with the transactions and credited our account within days!!!Incredibly good service.

If I could, I would give Zero points. They sent completely the wrong book. Abebooks are SO beaurocratic and inefficent, trying to find out how to sort the problem is almost impossible and very time consuming. With suppliers like ebay available, you would be dumb to use this hopeless outfit
