Good first-party service. Needs better managed storefronts.

I've had generally good experience with Amazon warehouses and shipping. The only times I've problems is when people are selling through Amazon, wherein sometimes products can get damaged. At which point, RMAs are nigh-impossible and I'd choose to fix it myself.

Amazon Censors Reviews It Doesn't Like

I bought a 108 prayer Mala that arrived w 112 beads. The Amazon.ca affililiate told me to use pliers to break the unwanted beads instead of replacing it. Ridiculous customer service. Amazon instantly deleted my honest review. It is not, in my opinion, the customer-centric company it pretends to be, preferring only the happy customers to the disgruntled ones. Shameful customer service on more than one occasion.

First place I look,FOR ANYTHING.

Amazing online shop.superfast delivery and if it's not suitable no problem, instant refund no problem. Christmas was sorted out by Amazon by me as I don't leave home very often. Thanks amazon ur lifesavers 😇😇

Amazon Canada Amazing online retailer

Everyone seems to complain about the lack of deals on amazon.ca but there is plenty of great Deals and more stuff is being added to the site daily. Everything I go to buy is on there! and the prices and shipping are fantastic. its way better then most Canada sites. Also you must keep in mind the canada dollar us dollar rates currently. So if you see something on amazon.com for a lower price its most likely because of the dollar exchange rates. Which is not there fault at all.

Amazon UK are AMAZING !!! ...they always fix there mistakes and compensate you for any upset.

Perhaps some products dont measure up or are poor quality, but Amazon are great at fixing their sellers and their own mistakes , and that is why i always shop with them ...even after the few bad experiences i have had.

They give me discounts, one day delivery, instant video, unlimited books, free games and student benefits...Amazon pretty much have the market place by the boys lol.

...how can any other company compete, i like your style Amazon UK.

I am a very critical customer, i keep them on their toes, but i figure all my feedback and complaints are helping to improve things ...i almost kind of work for Amazon UK.

Shipping was a let down

They said guaranteed delivery on Tuesday and it arrived on Wednesday. A little late to do all the gift wrappings.

Amazon treats Canada like a backwater

Amazon is awesome in the USA but they need to get their act together in Canada where so called "Prime Day", touted as bigger than Black Friday, was more like "Prime Joke Day" than anything else.
