I have used Quickbooks for years. However, I have tried to ring them on two occasions recently to change my payment method. I got pushed from pillar to post on the phone for 30 mins on both occasions and then after 35 mins, the line went dead. This happened on both occasions. If I ran my business like this then I’d be out of business. I’m looking elsewhere for invoicing or to be honest using my own home system. At least it would be reliable. Quickbooks don’t deserve my custom.

Scammed for over $150: no delivery; no activity on the maker's account for months, despite 300-odd complaints. I read multiple reports of this kind of thing and the platform seems to take no responsibility: clearly this will catch up with them in the long run, in terms of reputation or the law. But never again for me; I feel stupid.

CANCELLATION !! This seems to be a recurring problem. I‘ve had this now for the second year in a row. I‘ve again canceled this online and continued to get Invoices and Customer Service being very unhelpful.Seems to me that this company is having financial difficulties and forcing people in singing another year.

I'm very upset that they charged me $ 348 for one year and it was automatically paid. They took the annual option and not the monthly all this was without my consent. The worst thing is, there is no way that money will be returned and they have no direct way of providing customer service.It does not deserve one a star, it should put 0 stars.

Flipkart order id (OD116455608108081000) - I ordered a macbook air on exchange and the order got cancelled because of a very nominal scratch in the corner, How can flipkart expect an old laptop without even a single scratch? I am sure flipkart is cheating with this program as the delivery boy was desperately looking to get something, and when I said I would talk to customer care he was very confidant that they won't accept my request and would ask to pay the additional amount. It's a clear case of cheating, that they are showing good exchange amount on the product and them simply rejecting it and asking for more money.

Ordered three times, out of these three orders I had issues with 2.First my item didn't get delivered, and then I got fined for not paying for the item.Second time I got a really nice deal on a tablet, and by "accident" they delivered the wrong item, and magically the same item wasn't available anymore from one day to the next.

We were in Pennsylvania and our car overheated. AAA called McCandless towing and recovery facility 392. Kyle, who towed our car went far beyond his duty. We could not get our car fixed right away at the dealership so he towed us to his shop. He was off the clock but he worked later to ensure our car would run. He gave us his personal number in case we broke down. Kyle saved us from paying for a hotel room. He only charged us for parts so we gave him extra for labor. His service went far beyond what was required, we are very thankful to both Kyle and AAA.
