Review of eventbrite
I bought a ticket for a concert in Las Vegas that was postponed and have had no luck so far getting a refund or being able to get in contact with anyone from Eventbrite. Eventbrite states to contact the organizer which I did and finally got hold of someone Who initially gave me a vague response and then stopped responding to my questions about my refund. Using the contact us option on Eventbrite‘s website is a waste of time as well as you just get the runaround and don’t get to actually correspond with anyone! Starting to feel like I’ve been scammed!

Very poor customer service, I tried to cancel because there designs are not printable and bad quality. I can't log in because it keeps on saying my email or phone number don't exist on there system, but still they keep on taking money. I did email support but they dont' reply. I don't have any idea how to stop the payment, because I don't exist.

Review of att
This people are real thief’s ! They sent me an email with an offer and their representative told me to wait a few days to take up on the offer ( maybe he didn’t want to do it at that moment) and to call back on Monday to get that taken care of. I spend all day Monday calling ATT and just kept getting transfer from place to place to than be told that the offer had expired and there was nothing they could do about it. Even tho I missed the offer because their own employee provided me with the wrong information. This company does not look out for the long time costumer all they care about is the money. This will be the last month I spend with them.
Review of intuit
Possibly the worst customer service I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Any minor issue with your account and you can expect hours on hold, confused agents who provide inconsistent/incorrect information and no resolutions. Shame because the app/platform itself is useful and relatively straightforward but when you're running a business you need that backed up by reliable support and it's simply non-existent.

**Updated**After persevering with my complaint about non refund, I am pleased to say was passed to the resolutions team, who initially offered to refund me £33. I declined this and have now been offered a full refund of my membership. I have been informed I will receive a cheque within 14 days.. I'm happy that this issue has eventually been resolved, but its a shame this stance was taken in the first place.******************************************************************I purchased an annual membership, paying in full for the year. This was the weekend before lockdown was announced. I contacted NT to ask for advice re: a refund due to me not being able to access what I have paid for for a number of months - (minimum 3, likely to be more). The response was 'we are offering all annual members a chance to take out a 25% discount on next years membership, but not offering any refunds for this year'. They then went on to talk about payment breaks being available for those who pay monthly - so again, penalised for paying up front.Whilst I understand the NT is a charity, may still be doing works on properties behind the scenes, they also need to understand that many people dot have money to burn.It is unfortunate that this is the situation, however NT should offer some common sense on allocation of refunds. A gesture of good will - for example extending current memberships for 3 months, in line with English Heritage would have been a decent offer. But they are not interested.Their communication is abysmal. Very disappointed.

The user friendly aptitude of all the related AVG apps is what I like. However, the continuous prompts to upgrade to services that I have not selected, is a constant irritation! Cut these adverts please! I can choose what I need, and what I can afford, for myself!
